We had a one night stay and have to say it was great! Stayed in a larger room on the top floor with views of the castle and Guild Hall, truly lovely. Plenty of room for two adults and two little boys. Very clean and comfortable. The shower was super as were the lovely smelling toiletries, really good quality. Excellent quality tea, coffee and Nespresso in the room (proper milk in the fridge!) We also had complimentary mini bar in the suite (soft drinks only) and because we booked direct 4 free drinks from the bar including alcohol-that was a lovely surprise! The service at check in and check out was prompt, professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, really good variety and delicious. The lovely lady (maybe Filipina-sorry I didn’t get her name) who was managing breakfast this morning at 7:30am was super friendly and an asset to the hotel, keep hold of her!! But have to say all staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Easy to park and £30 for safe, convenient over night parking isn’t bad for central Windsor. We are staying again in December and already looking forward to it! If you need to be in Windsor to see the sights and want them on your doorstep then you can’t go wrong with the lovely Castle Hotel.
Pros: The location is good, it is great to have breakfast on the Thames and Eaton Bridge early in the morning. The same English breakfast. The parking lot needs to be parked outside. Disadvantages: Luggage and children pay attention, our room is in need of climbing the old British building three floors and it is the kind of transfer, the estimated trouble. The bed in the room is small and not suitable for a family of three. The extra bed did not know, there was no call. PS: The room is not air conditioned!
We had a superb time at Oakley Court. We were two families with four little kids between us. The mansion house rooms we had were large and beautifully appointed with views over the river. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room amenities are generous. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, plus very patient with many questions. Our kids were ecstatic when they went into the walled gardens and tucked away they found the biggest bouncy castle ever (well bouncy Stonehenge, I should say -- you'll have to look it up, never seen anything like it!) The River House is of course delightful and we all enjoyed a balmy summer evening and dinner there. Everyone loved the pool/jacuzzi time in the morning and in the afternoon we went boating, which was a memorable trip amongst the swans. We loved all the touches in the hotel, from the unusual antique furniture to the well loved plants. The staff team make the place feel like a community which is a rare thing and much appreciated. We will definitely return!

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, the food is excellent, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. My friends and I had a lovely time here. Breakfast was particularly excellent with the food cooked to order and therefore very hot and very fresh. It is a short walk to the castle and Windsor has some lovely shops and good places to eat. Just across the road is the Long Walk and excellent views of the castle. It is also very easy to travel into London from here.
I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again.

The place to stay is not the hotel. The hotel said that the blue door in the back lane is their home. I think it is the A cargo room. It may be the same as the hotel itself. There is no elevator, and the luggage is really tired. So please pay attention when you book. Of course, the room is still big, and finally Ctrip also helped me coordinate, still very grateful to Ctrip, the service is good.

Windsor Castle
MM21***16The most famous castles and manors in the UK are covered with a mysterious veil. Behind the high walls are a series of wonderful and moving stories, including Windsor Castle. This romantic anecdote of "not loving the country but loving the beauty" has made the castle famous.
The scenic spot is divided into three parts: Queen Mary's Doll House, the State Rooms, and St. George's Chapel.
After entering the gate of the scenic spot, you can follow the instructions to get the guide, and then you can start the tour according to the order of the guide! You can choose the language, and each place has a corresponding number and explanation.
LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
SshermaineeeSpent the day at LEGOLAND Windsor, and it was so much fun and it was a great memory for me! Miniland was amazing—tiny LEGO versions of landmarks—and I loved The Dragon coaster. Got soaked at Pirate Shores and even built a LEGO car. Such a great place for kids and LEGO fans alike!
Eton College
轻轻轻的一个蚊This school, named "Public School", is actually a private secondary school. The original intention of Henry VI to name it "Public School" was to provide free education for poor students, so that poor children could also enter the school as a preparatory school for entering King's College of Cambridge University. But because it was run too well, Eton College gradually became the most famous aristocratic school in the UK, which was completely contrary to the purpose of King Henry VI's school. You can often see study tours organized by domestic private schools at Eton College, but they can only look outside like independent tourists. Eton College is a training place for the British royal family, political and economic elites. It has produced 20 British prime ministers such as former British Prime Minister Cameron, as well as poet Shelley and economist Keynes. It is also the alma mater of Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince Harry, the heirs to the British throne.

St George's Chapel
真真诚7577The houses on the south side of the Lower District of Windsor Castle were once where military knights stayed. A group of veterans were responsible for praying in the chapel. These veterans lived in poverty, so they earned a certain amount of money from this, so this group of people was originally called the "Golden Knights of Alms".
