The hotel is located in the center of Swansea, breakfast has not been eaten, Western food is the main, downstairs is the department store, costa coffee shop, McDonald's probably go out and turn left 20 meters and then turn right 80 meters, there is a supermarket ”iceland” And Tsceco, close to the bus stop, convenient transportation, about 800 meters from the train station.

The hotel is just next to the railway station, great location. The service is good as well. The room is clean and warm. However, WiFi is very very slow.
The location is very good, just outside the train station, about 500 meters from the city center. The service staff responded quickly, but the internet speed was very slow.

It is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel.
I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away.
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.

Tried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.

In the middle of the night, someone walks through the door and laughs loudly. The sound insulation of the window is not good. 4. The front desk is very small and often absent?

Morgans Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff are amazing, & nothing is too.much trouble for them. Our room was large, well - appointed & had a very comfortable super king - sized bed. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order, & the range of food available for evening meals is of excellent quality. Parking is directly opposite the hotel, is secure, & has 2 EV charge points. As a base for exploring Swansea & the Gower Peninsula, Morgans Hotel is a delight & well worth a visit.

GGuest UserHaving paid £109 for the room and an additional £5 for parking I was expecting something a bit better than what we got. The staff on reception were lovely and very friendly, but the room was a bit tired and cold. We stayed in room 401, which was an end room on the 4th floor, which on first inspection seemed very nice. However, it soon became apparent that the air conditioning unit didn’t work, the windows were both broken so they couldn’t be opened and were leaking, the one radiator in the room was rusty and ineffective and there was signs of damp on the ceiling. I think for the price of the room these issues should have been fixed before we arrived. Had the price been lower I wouldn’t have minded but if you’re charging more than other places I think the standard should be higher.

Second visit in recent weeks. On both occasions we were impressed by the customer service provided by John at the front desk. Check-in was so efficient and friendly. I think I probably had the keys to my room and my car provided with free parking within about a minute or two of arriving. Really great after a long drive and you just want to get into your room and relax. Thanks to John for making our stay so hassle free and making it a pleasure to visit this Travelodge.

WWanyu MaTried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.

HHungIt is located outside the city center so it's more suitable for guests with cars. There are plenty of car parks outside the hotel.
I didn't drive and had to either take a walk or the bus to the city center. It's a 20 minute walk along the promenade of Harbour Tennant to the restaurants and pubs at Wind Street. The city center was only another 10 minutes away.
The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd have no hesitation to stay in there again.
