The price is very high, and the hotel I set in front of, the world is different, the room is large, clean, bright, sanitary products look comfortable, the hotel is very characteristic, old-fashioned British architecture, more than 400 nights. Very worth booking.

A lovely one night stay at The Bull, The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially as I was travelling with my arm in a sling, even to the point of offering to cut my breakfast up so I could eat it 😂😂😂 this was very appreciated!
In my room the shower cubicle needed a better clean as there were long hairs from where some one has washed their hair and the bedroom curtains needed blackout blinds in the actual window recesses to block out the street lights, and in the recess, as people could look up from the street and see behind the curtains. Signage or more visible prompts explaining where to go to check in would also be good !
All that having been said I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others needing a short stay in the town.
I booked 4 nights bed and breakfast, they were renovating the kitchen the 1st two days so there was no breakfast, these things happen but they also did not try to make it right once. Don’t seem very guest focused at all.
The room layout is very warm, simple, clean and comfortable. The store was warm and considerate. I took my child to take the exam, and the store proactively contacted the vehicle to take us to our destination. Thank you very much for the store's help.

Excellent
沈沈This hotel is very British, very British, and the surrounding environment is particularly beautiful, with free parking. The breakfast is exquisite, one serving per person, it feels very good. The location is in the countryside, so it is only suitable for self-driving guests.
GGuest UserA lovely hotel with a beautiful view and very quiet area for a good night's sleep. The beds are very spacious and comfortable; the best night sleep I have had in a long time. A great size shower with a seat to suit guests with accessible needs. The shower products smell great and leave your skin feeling smooth. The breakfast was very nice with many different options. I opted for a hot breakfast which was buffet style with unlimited apple and orange juice. The night light was perfect for late night reading. I would definitely come back
RReediWe booked for the Shrewsbury School speech day and leavers ball so the whole town was fully booked. Thankfully there was a suite available at my favourite local hotel. We needed a room for 3 and the hotel staff were super helpful in accommodating our needs. It’s family owned and the culture of care is pervasive. It’s a hotel where the staff like to say yes. Not to mention the character of the hotel itself. It’s a mixture of 12th, 15th and 17th century architecture forming an elaborate maze of rooms covering the block. The Matthews family have truly created a 5 star hotel experience. I was even offered a glass of sherry by the night watchman when I checked in on once at 1am. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
AAnonymous UserThe room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.
GGuest UserHotel was conveniently located for what we needed it for. Although the room was modern and spacious the dusting of fixtures and fittings left a lot to be desired and it was clear that lampshades etc were thick with dust. Not good for us suffering with allergies.
