Nice Hotel, Good location right next to Station. Decent Breakfast, Bar Area is nice albeit Expensive but this is to be expected. The breakfast in the morning is a bit chaotic they seem to run out of things quickly and not have enough staff on in my experience. Also you have to queue to be wait to be seated but not always someone there to greet you so you can be left standing there until someone comes which isn't great.
Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc.
Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout.
Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in.
Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above.
Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice.
Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive.
Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.
This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station.
The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was.
The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast.
The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water.
The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing!
The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me.
There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile.
The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer.
The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show.
A must stay for anyone in the area.

Very Good
GGuest User1st night. Aircon weren't working, no other rooms were available. Gave an extra fan and 1 drink per person, promised a refund as compensation that never happened.
2nd night. They switch us to different room with working aircon, but then wanted us to pay again. We paid upfront and had to show bank statements to proof payment and we them to resolve with agent.
Stay was pleasant enough but won't return to this hotel.
KKamariehFor us the hotel was quite good. We were there 3 nights.
Greenwich station is less than 2 minutes away and takes you to the centre.
Overall the hotel was clean.
The staff was nice.
Unfortunately, the breakfast does not offer a large selection. I was missing more vegetables and more cold cuts like cheese or similar. My son was happy with the pancakes. When an adult pays for breakfast, a child eats free ( £8.99 ).
The area wasn't so special now. 10 min walk and you will arrive at Cutty Sark.
Unfortunately everything was completely closed on Christmas Day, including public transport. That's why we only went for a walk near the hotel that day.
The rooms aren't that big, but you only sleep in them and don't stay in them for too long. Unfortunately, the pillows were too hard for us. We are stomach sleepers and our heads were too high. We didn't feel comfortable without it, so we slept with it and this led to back pain. But that's complaining on a high level, because everyone likes pillows, blankets and mattresses differently and in their own way.
There are supermarkets nearby. We always go to the Tesco which is 10 minutes away and bought water and snacks for the evening.
We would book the hotel again, in contrast to other hotels, it was inexpensive and yet clean and safe.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants around. It is also close to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserA well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay
GGuest UserStaff were really friendly and the rooms were clean enough. We stayed here due to proximity to the O2 as we had tickets to an event but I don’t think the hotel is really catered towards families. Smells of ********* and the sounds of couples “enjoying their night” filled our room in the early hours. I’m glad my son was asleep!
GGuest UserSt Christopher's Inn Greenwich is the first hostel I lodged when I first got to the United Kingdom in February 2023 and this prompted me to book the place again this year.
The cleaners and some members of staff were very nice and respectful but a short lady was very rude to me. She is light in colour and I have her picture.
I approached her to make some enquiries but she insulted and made derogatory statements to me. She even shouted at me and was very rude. I was embarrassed by her actions and just left the lady.
She pierced her ears and was on duty around 1.30pm on Monday 26th February. Her actions depicts someone who is frustrated and I don't expect the lady to be pouring her anger on customers. What I avoided was confrontation with her because I am a gentle person who doesn't like unnecessary arguments with people. But I feel lodgers deserve some form of respect which for me is reciprocal.
NNjohns13A minimalist hotel but very zen, the staff were really helpful and the room small but cosy.
The design of the hotel is really nice but it’s very basic and you need to make sure you understand the concept.
There is a vending machine to purchase cutlery and other things you might need in the room, there is also a hot drinks machine, which drinks cost £3 and hot water £2. There is a Tesco and a sainsburys a few minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes away is the Cutty Sark a high street and Greenwich market and park. The hotel was really quiet even though it was busy.
GGuest UserFor the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.
CChuchuingGreat experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. Great value compared to what's available in London.
GGuest UserVery convenient place which only few street from Woolrich Station, clean, nice customer service, staff friendly, only without teeth brush & slpeey shoes.
