Very clean and super friendly staff . The room was lovely and spacious plus had a wardrobe . The bed was super comfy and we had a big bathroom , bath towels and hand towels provided , also shower gel , shampoo and hand wash . I will definitely be back again after fantastic stay
The location of the hotel is relatively good, nearby is the queen's park station, nearby killburn is very convenient for eating and supermarkets, the room is on a relatively quiet side road.
The hotel is a house remodeled, there are about 11 rooms, each room has its own bathroom and kitchen. Our room is very small, very small, almost impossible to open the suitcase (other rooms seem to be ok), and the dust on the ground is relatively large, we bring our own slippers, we change slippers when we return to the room, I think the landlord did not mop the floor , After taking a shower, the house is full of footprints. The hotel provides shampoo, shower gel and hand sanitizer.
Of the four hangers, one of them is still torn. It may be a hanger that the tenants bought clothes before, and there is no place to hang the clothes after washing. There is no way to completely put down the curtains. The quality of the bed is relatively poor, and the bed is stiff after 5 days of staying in the UK.
AVIOD, HONESTLY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Stayed here as we went to see Coldplay at Wembley. Only good points: Location Price Was going to take pictures but honestly just never want to remind myself of what we stayed in. Just pay the extra £100- £150 and stay at holiday inn/ premier inn/ travel lodge. Just any other hotel really! The entrance was nice and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful but very slow. Check-in was stated to be from 2pm. We arrived at around 2:30pm. We didn’t get into our room till around 3pm as if took ages to check in and when we finally did check in our room wasn’t ready for another 10/15mins. We were walking up to the room and got a little lost, a gentleman did help us to our room however, like I said the staff are friendly, just very slow at the front desk. Now for the worst part. Our room was absolutely dreadful. Filthy, marks all over the walls. Awful carpet that was dirty, I did not feel safe/clean to just walk about in socks. Someone had used the soap holder near the sink as an ash tray. There was a kettle and cups to make yourself a drink with but didn’t use them as was so traumatised. The door to the balcony did lock but the window didn’t so didn’t feel very safe at all. There was a bottle of beer left on the balcony from the previous occupants, it also absolutely reeked of urine on the balcony. I assume which ever lovely person most likely male couldn’t be bothered to get up and use the communal toilets. The TV was basically hanging off the wall. The only good thing about the room was the bed/bedding was clean and it was somewhat comfy. Now for the other worst part. The communal toilets and showers. I don’t mind communal toilets and showers so long as they are clean, I have used them before when caravaning, when I was a child. The ones at this hotel had honestly never seen bleach, EVER. Mold everywhere, stank so bad. In the sink someone with a thick beard had a shave and left their hair all over the sink and stuck in the plug hole. They also left their dirty razor just lying there. Absolutely disgusting. It said on the toilet door that the communal toilets where cleaned hourly, this is an absolute lie. I wish I had taken pictures but honestly didn’t want to remind myself of this terrible stay. Breakfast was included but didn’t bother, with the state of the rooms, toilets and showers. I dread to think what the kitchen is like!!! Was going to raise concerns at the hotel but what’s the point for £94, didn’t want to make an already terrible stay worse by getting myself worked up even more. I did tell reception about the sink with hair in and they did say they would send someone up to clean it. If didn’t use that specific toilet again though so can’t comment if it was actually cleaned. Just honestly don’t bother, don’t book it and think ‘our room will better’ because it won’t be. We walked past rooms being cleaned with the doors open and all of the rooms are absolutely filthy. Ju

Booked this hotel for my friends to stay at after a concert. Hotel is a good distance away from underground. Only a 4 minute ride on tube to Wembley Park where we went for the concert. Able to request early check in as well. Breakfast isn’t included but you do get a discount voucher for a Wetherspoons down the street from the hotel. Near supermarkets and eating establishments. Checking in was easy and staff were friendly. However, the hotel room wasn’t great. Carpets were not very clean. Dirt marks were visible on the carpet. There were 8 plug sockets in the room and only 2 of them worked. The bathroom is small and does have mould on the walls. Room does get extremely warm even with windows open, you do get given a fan but we couldn’t use this as the only working plug sockets were not in a place where a fan could be plugged in. It is noisy outside but this is no fault of the hotel. If you’re just wanting a place to put your head for a night, then the hotel is fine. If you’re wanting to stay in the hotel for a trip then wouldn’t recommend and may be better to pay but extra for a different hotel.
Excellent newly fitted hotel. Very efficient staff - really nice direct and helpful nature! Hotel room was very good - clean (spotless!), comfy double bed. The shower hot water was very very slow to come - had to run it for 5-10 minutes to get hot water in the morning for a shower. Good when it finally came though. 40 minute walk from Wembley station. 15 mins walk to nearest Tube station. We forgot our toothpaste and they gave us a big tube for free. We also onto paid for one breakfast - when we came to pay for the second breakfast they didn’t want to take any money! Very kind. Generally very friendly and family feel to the hotel. Thank you.
Stayed here for one night. Checkin was fine and staff were nice enough. All was good until I reached my room. At first glance all seemed ok. Very small room which was no bother, but saw the bathroom. I will share a picture so you can decide for yourself. A very large mirror inside the shower wall. 10 on the creepy meter. No chain to pull across at night for added safety, and when I tried to access the WI-FI it said that the WI-FI was unsafe to use. Banging noises most of the night made it impossible to have a decent sleep. Will choose not to stay again. I just didn’t feel safe at all.

As usual Sam was a delight of a host to have! The entire experience at Novotel is superb with its practical & amazing location and the staff & their services! Would love to comeback!
We stayed at Ark for a visit to Wembley stadium. It’s a great location for this. I appreciate it was a busy day when we stayed, but the check in process took a ridiculous amount of time. There were circa five people in front of me and we stood and waited for at least half an hour if not more. The rooms are clean, but the bed wasn’t great. It was built in behind a table, okay for one, but not for two. The rooms were all clean and modern however. The coffee and snacks area was pretty much out of stock. The pre booked parking was useful, although the instructions on where you should park were poor.
Hellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!

I stayed at Homefield on the 6th of December 2023 i had difficulty finding so rand the hotel and spoke to zaid who was really patient and helpful as i was not feeling very well at.i finally foun the lodge when came out and found me nearby. The rooms were clean, the shower was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and there was plenty of duvets,i would definitely recomend it and it was excellent value
Booked this hotel a week before for 26th night. Upon arrival I was told the the booking has been cancelled due to overbooking. My question was how come no one contacted me, besides, even even using agents, there should be a system in place to avoid that. All I was told was to look for another hotel with no remorse. The fact that it was not my mistake, I would have expected Oyo to find alternative accommodation for me. I asked this several times, but the ladies at Oyo customer service were worse. It was like reading a rehearsed script. I ended up paying times 3 the price, for a night somewhere, which wouldn't have been the case, had they informed me earlier. I spent hours trying to sort out where to stay last minute. I highly doubt that I will ever go book this hotel, no morals, possibly cancelled for higher pay. Remember, money is not everything. Be mindful beforebooking, it could happen to you.
GGuest UserWe only went in for a drink and food, so I can't rate the rooms (we did stay years ago and everything was fine). Staff were friendly and efficient and the food was gorgeous, generous portions and so reasonably priced. I had scampi and there were about 14 pieces and all for under £10! We love this pub before gigs at Wembley, though my older friends dread the hill 😆
