Find the Cheap Llanwnda Hotels

My wife and I stayed here recently and used it as a base to explore Snowdonia. Our room was stunning! Very clean and a mix of modern decor mixed with the traditional old building. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help if ever needed. Food was beautiful! We had breakfast every morning that had everything from cereal to sausage and bacon etc. The lunch/evening meals were awesome as well. Plenty of choice. Great stay and we will definitely be returning on day.

What a lovely hotel. My friend and I booked a weekend break which included breakfast afternoon tea a dinner on one evening We were not disappointed. Sadly we weee unable to use the facilities until check in Ron if 4pm which I found a little odd. However we we went for a walk around Caernarfon. Check in was simple and our room was lovely and warm. I have to say it this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. Yes some of the rooms are a little dated maybe, but the hotel has gone above and beyond to make sure it looked fresh. We used the leisure area. The pool was a little cold I felt but sauna and steam room were perfect. Food was gorgeous. if I was to be a little picky it was that the breakfast buffet was not exactly in the dining room but there may well be a reason for that. I quite like having bread and some cooked meat at breakfast which wasn’t there but the cooked breakfast was fabulous and again there was plenty to choose from anyway. The staff were brilliant one receptionist was not as friendly we didn’t think but the other well they really are a credit to the hotel they were super friendly and could not do enough for you. The two I remember were I think Juliet and possibly Josh on reception I didn’t get the names of the other staff but they were all lovely Thank you to the staff for making our stay great we will definately be back

It's been a while since we used a Travelodge. I have to say I'm not impressed now. On arrival the nearest car park is a walk away with no parking to upload/load luggage near by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean enough. The site location of this Caernarfon Travelodge is awkward say the least. Put in the shade, literally, by a competitors building in front of it, and it's boxed in by other large buildings to the rear and sides. The room had no drawer storage at all. The phrase Living out of a suitcase rings a bell. No drinking glasses for soft drinks or toothbrush duties. The shower was a weak overhead unit with no flexible attachment, making rinsing off the nether regions a chore. Also, for 3 nights stay, there's no room servicing so we were making our own bed etc. I know, how spoilt are we! Lol. On the up side it is conveniently located for getting into Caernarfon town.

Excellent experience with brilliant staff. Contacted in advance to check if I could park my car from the morning even if I didn’t check in til the afternoon and got a helpful response straight away. When I arrived, I’d been given a free upgrade! The room was lovely and the bed was SO comfortable! Shower was nice, bath was nice, view was lovely! The only downside was it was quite hot - I really wish the room had a fan or air con. Breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly throughout, I will definitely be returning!
