Stayed at the hotel for one night, the hotel is located near the local Epsom train station, 3 minutes walk, very convenient. There is a supermarket near the train station to eat and drink! The room was a little small, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff was very friendly, but the toilet was not ventilated and had a strange smell! In addition, the hotel is not soundproof, and the people upstairs are very noisy!
Overall cost performance: higher!

Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money.
My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price.

We have a pleasant stay of two nights at he hotel since the school leaver's ball was held at the racing course, so it is just a 2 minutes of driving distance from the hotel to the venue. The space of the interior is adequate for 2 adults + sofa bed for my daughter, toilet is nice and clean with good brand of shampoo and bath gel. Free parking space was provided as well. Breakfast are excellent and full of choices in corn flakes, bread and juice. Especially the tomatoes were tasty.

There are many parent-child rooms in the hotel, children can sleep on the bunk, breakfast can be full, dinner you can choose grilled steak, chicken steak and salmon you want to eat, the taste is great, the atmosphere is good, so stay here is very comfortable.

A very good house. When I first arrived, I thought there might be safety issues because it was an apartment. But once I settled in, I found it very convenient. There are many Hong Kong people nearby. There are washing machines, public kitchens, shared food, and independent accommodation nearby. There is a Chinese supermarket, free parking, and convenient transportation. It can be given a relatively good score. The only drawback is that there are two big trees above the parking area, and the birds above often poop on the roof of my car.

Our normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queen’s standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.
