This was my first trip to the area and my colleague and I had a reservation. Although the establishment closes at around 21:00 in the week, the team knew that we were arriving and we're so kind as to keep the bar and kitchen staff on extra in order to accommodate us. The warm welcome, late service and 'We can't let you go to bed on an empty stomach' comment was reassuring and greatly appreciated. (Thank you!). In my opinion, the room was on par with any Premier Inn or Travel lodge that I've ever slept in except, for the pillows and bed were the best that I'd slept in for a good while. Do you know when your alarm clock goes off and you just want to roll over and grab another hour? Cohannon absolutely did that for me!! I've not long got back home but I'm so looking forward to going back to visit and experience the warm welcome and relaxed environment. Cheers guy's for a great introduction to Dungannon and the surrounding areas 👍

I booked the hotel as my Christmas present for my two sisters and myself to include the Christmas Night on 21st December. We have stayed here before and just love the friendly, efficient and absolute joy of the hotel and its staff. The room was just amazing and we loved the availability of the leisure facilities which was just one floor below us. The food was as usual just exceptional!! The meal at the party night was exceptional!!! and the band were fantastic catering for all.
Situated in a lovely, quiet little town, The Tailor's House is a real find. Warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was gorgeous and the bathroom huge. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't get to sample the food as currently the restaurant is closed on the weekdays but should I get lucky enough to return here, I hope it will be on a weekend as the restaurant looked so inviting. Big shout out to Emmett (the owner) he couldn't have done more to make my stay as great as it was.

We had a refurbished room which had a view out to the city. Room was a nice size and beds were comfy. There is NO aircon at this hotel. The room was so warm and stuffy we had to open out the window full all day and night. Would be ok in the winter but unbearable in summer and no fan! Staff were all very young and they weren’t that friendly. I booked a treatment with the spa and found it hard to access it you had to walk through the gym where people were working out and she. I asked the receptionist she basically shouted at me and pointed at a door when I got into the spa there was no one there and over ten mins had gone by before the girl came. Out of the room to greet me. The therapist was a lovely person but talked throughout the whole treatments which is exactly what I didn’t come to spa for. The breakfast was good and replenished right up to 10am but staff couldn’t wait to take your plate off you. The restaurant bar food was expensive for what it was and I personally didn’t like it-we ordered scampi and it was very greasy and was made with frozen prawns and just was thrown together…definitely not hotel standard. Room service was a joke and terrible. I rang at half 9 they didn’t have anything advertised no pizzas no fries nothing only had cold sandwiches I asked could I have a toastie they said no the oven was broken? We paid 30 pound for two cold ham sandwiches and two cokes we should have got a food delivery but I’ve had a hotel room service before and it’s usually restaurant quality. It also took about an hour for them to come up with two sandwiches. I don’t think I would stay again or use the spa again but overall it wasn’t terrible for what we paid.
Excellent
