1. The location of the hotel is very good. In the center of Chipping Campden, there is a public parking lot next to it, and parking is very convenient. But be sure to pay attention to the address when navigating. There is another hotel in the same area with the same name in front of it.
2. On the day I arrived, the hotel temporarily informed me that there was something wrong with my room, so I was transferred to another higher-level hotel in the suburbs. The environment and facilities were indeed better.
We were attending a wedding nearby so booked a night's stay here. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very nice with a big bathroom. It was rather warm in the room but there was a fan which helped. We returned from the wedding with a couple of friends just in time for last orders. We were told we would need to sit in the lounge area as the bar was closing, which was fine as it was a nice place to sit and chat with a bottle of wine. We slept reasonably well, the bed was very comfortable with a nice firm mattress (it is only a double and we're used to a Super King at home, but it was fine). Breakfast was good, although one of the ladies serving guests was a little brusque. There was a good choice of cereals and pastries and the cooked breakfast was very nice. Being an old building, the floors are very creaky. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Noel Arms.

A Lovely hotel with some beautiful traditional British features. Very polite and efficient staff. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfy but could use just a touch of flair and a few fancy extras. Overall a lovely stay though. Delicious fresh food and an amazing curry night. VERY good value for money with a great selection of traditional Sri Lankan dishes. Highly recommended. A good selection of bar drinks in a cozy traditional pub setting. Library/ lounge for relaxing. Outside terrace lovely in the sun and comfy and peaceful restaurant for meals and breakfast.
This was a return visit for us and our friends. Our friends had actually stayed here on Honeymoon 51 years ago, we’d been here 12 years ago. The overall experience was generally positive; the accommodation was comfortable although the Syrup Sponge Room was described as a half themed room which seemed peculiar. Our room, The Chocolate Pudding Room was fine except for an oddly shaped cushion. We ate in the restaurant which was very good apart from the Crab Ravioli with Bisque; there was wet Spinach in the Pasta and the Crab was completely overpowered by a bitter tasting Bisque. The Picpoul wine was excellent. Service was good. Breakfast was fine. There was a couple of niggles. Firstly the lack of a Real Ale at a Country Pub/Hotel and secondly, when I called to book our evening meal they could not find our room booking. I had to call back to give the details of our booking and payment.
The hotel is almost next to the bus station. The bus is convenient, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are large, and they are cleaned every day. There is no elevator and it is troublesome to carry luggage up. The waiter is often absent, which is not good.
Please note that there are very few bus trips on the Cotswolds on Saturday. There is no bus on Sunday. The day I arrived there was no bus on Sunday. .
The so-called public transportation ticket can only be used for this route. If a loop is to be formed, you do not need to buy a pass. 801 is used more. I took 606 from Broadway to Chippenham, then changed to 501, and then changed to 505 to Bibury, so I can leave early, if I go to Morton Ingam and change trains then 10 am Only. When arriving at the place where you live, you must first find out the bus time point and plan the route, because their bus time is fixed and less.
In short, getting to where you live helps to save time by figuring out the bus route.

National Trust - Market Hall
MM32***23The tourist town is really not a false name. The narrow streets are full of tourists' cars. The main road here is still called High St. The streets are not long. The sides are full of rare and interesting shops and country hotels. The roadside stands the logo of Chippen Camden. One of the buildings in the middle of the high street is very striking, that is the town's landmark building, the ancient market hall (The Ancient Market Hall), which was built in 1627, when it was a market for butter, cheese and meat products, which should be the ancestor of the modern indoor farmers market. This honey stone building, topped by multiple attic-like slopes, is surrounded by arches, looking a bit like a temple somewhere in Asia, would not think of it as a market building.
St James' Church

Ernest Wilson Memorial Garden
Ccoo***anErnest Wilson Memorial Garden Great garden, quiet and quiet feeling, the leaves are still very literary style, the lawn is great, many people have picnics, and there are people walking and running, full of life
