Boutique hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the location is very good, very close to CLC, it is very convenient to go to the town, I will definitely choose to stay next time.

The King Hotel is the most surprising hotel on our trip. The beautiful garden that can't be seen at a glance, the retro rooms are clean and tidy, the waiters are warm and thoughtful, and the routes for hiking in the surrounding villages are intimately provided. In addition to the remote location, everything else is perfect.

The biggest room we ever stayed in. It's a size of a studio apartment. One queen size bed and one double bunkers bed. The toilet is also huge for a hotel room. There's a flat TV set a sofa set. The room is also equipped with a small kitchen, sinky and a small fridge. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided inside the cabinet. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Friendly staff. Location is good. There's a nice Indian restaurant within walking distance, the briyani is to die for. Some of the downsides are: 1/ basement parking space is too tight for a normal size car. Big cars would have difficulty to park or even manoeuvre in basement parking area. We're allowed to park at the open back alley, reserved for the hotel customers. 2/ The queen size bed is squeaky. Perhaps the hotel could consider replacing it with a more solid bed frame. 3/ You have to climb up some stairs to check-in at the register counter. If you have lots of heavy luggage, it's going to be challenging to bring your bags up. Overall, love this hotel. Would stay again anytime.
The room is nice, but the elevator is broken. The waiter has a good attitude and helps to mention the door of the room. It is the best hotel for visiting the school

PPBBLIUA very lovely cottage! New, impeccably clean, and comfy. It is close to the town centre of Bourton on the Water, convenient even for those who are not arriving by car. The breakfast was in good portions and was delicious especially the scrambled eyes. It was the best breakfast I had throughout my 2 weeks in the UK.
Cotswold is a beautiful area that deserves to be explored on foot if weather permits. I regret that I had only scheduled a 2-night stay, look forward to visit again
XXianguoguodaixiThere are many restaurants downstairs, and opposite 🈶 self-paid parking. The staff was very warm and friendly the day before yesterday, and helped me print a translation of my driver's license. It was good to stay for two days. The breakfast was simple, the public entertainment area was relatively large, and no one cared if I was late for check-out.
GGuest UserThis was an excellent hotel. Service was great. From James in reception who welcomed us with professionalism and warmth & tips to visit, to the restaurant staff who were helpful and responsive. The chef was great - food was tasty and to a great standard. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We had an awesome and restful stay. Our dog enjoyed the bed and treats as well as walks in the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will make tgis hotel an regular on our list.
GGuest UserThe house is a loft, made of stone and wood, with a large and clean space, a double bed upstairs, a toilet, a sofa bed downstairs, a cloakroom under the stairs, and a small alcove! The scenery outside the house is very beautiful, with a small river passing by the door, surrounded by green lawns, and surrounding farms with horses!
Breakfast is super delicious!
It’s a pity that I didn’t choose to book dinner when I checked in the day before. Judging from the deliciousness of the breakfast, I can infer that the dinner must be good!
GGuest UserVery good location in the town, just near the model village, hotel guest can get free tickets for the village.
Breakfast is great.
Staff are quite friendly and nice.
Car parking made a few confused, carpark is very limited at daytime, and you need to pay for carpark for hole day because car park is operated by the same company.
A lot of cute bees flying around the hotel, some will fly into the room, you may need to shut the window…hah!
MMeralWe booked a hotel for one night. The initial price seemed quite good, but it was quite annoying to find out that there was a lack of transparency. They didn’t mention that the car park had an extra charge of £7. Additionally, on Trip.com, breakfast was available for an extra £14, and it was stated that kids under four years old eat for free. When the receptionist asked if we wanted breakfast, we said we would decide in the morning, and she didn’t mention anything further. However, we found out in the morning that breakfast cost £16. Had we decided the night before, it would have been £13, but they also asked for an additional £5 for the kids. Furthermore, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. Also swimming pool was closed.
朱朱Location is good, very close to the town centre. The English Manor Hotel is very welcoming and comfortable, with a large lawn and wide view. The hotel not only has English billiards, but also a Michelin restaurant, which is very delicious. The rooms are large and tidy, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious, and the garden is full of flowers. The most recommended is the hotel's own wine, which is very delicious and sweet and sour.
MMartin ElsenderThe hotel is dated and the floorboards creak everywhere.
Feels I bit like and old persons nursing home.
But the staff were excellent, every single one of them.
Stayed in a double suite… nice enough but that ain’t not suite. We had supper in the Lakeside restaurant on site which was good and reasonably priced but it was cold in the room and the food took ages to arrive… even though I only had a Caesar Salad !!
Anyway, we decided not to bother with breakfast but check out as well as check in was faultless.
The Spa / leisure club were quite simply dismal. The pool was Arctic cold, changing rooms “snug” and loungers awful.
GGuest UserFrom outside looked scruffy and uncared for inside was fine althoug8evening meal was
a little fragmented and confusing not helped by one of the group moving the nameplaces around
Some guests tried it on complaining their food was inadequate but in fact most of us found the food was really nice and to top it top it all we all got a substantial reduction in price. The management redeemed themselves entirely. Would I stay again, yes we would as we think it is a work in progress.
