A fuire. Nous avions commandé une chambre triple, à l arrivée personne, pas de code pour la porte, rien. Obligé d'appeler un numéro et au final plus de chambre triple de disponible. Chambre sale, sol non nettoyé, cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain. Pas d'eau chaude, obligé d'aller dans une autre chambre pour nous laver. Petit déjeuner soit disant offert, mais finalement à 11e par personne pour des minis vienoiseries du supermarché... Vraiment très déçue, je ne recommande pas du tout.

2 experiences en une semaine dans cet établis*****t, installation et Propreté de la chambre très bien, personnel de chambre attentionné et souriant, par contre les chambres orientées côté autoroute sont bruyantes (isolation insuffisante vu que la circulation est à environ 50m) lors de notre 1er passage après une mauvaise nuit, sachant que nous revenions passer une nuit une semaine plus tard, nous avons demandé une chambre à l arrière de l hôtel.... La réceptionniste a déclaré que les chambres n étant pas attribuées si tôt elle notait notre demande pour l attribution de la chambre côté arrière... .. Sa façon de faire nous laissait à penser qu elle s en fichait complètement de notre requête et.. Effectivement ce 5 novembre lors de notre 2e passage la chambre était de nouveau sur le côté autoroute avec en prime le bruit de la pluie sur une gouttière plate devant notre fenêtre... Lors de notre départ le 6 novembre au matin.. Oh surprise notre réceptionniste de la semaine d avant à qui j'avais fait la demande pour une chambre moins bruyante est la.. Je lui explique notre déception... Et à nouveau je comprends qu elle s en fiche complètement... Dommage ce manque de considération pour le client.. Nous utilisons donc notre droit de ne plus revenir dans cet établis*****t et de ne pas recommander cet hôtel... D'autant plus que le petit déjeuner (plutôt sommaire avec du pain industriel) est à 12 euros (11.90 euros exactement)...un peu cher pour ce qui est proposé... Déception...
