Very Good
We booked this hotel as an overnight stay on our way to Rouen and am I glad it was only one night . This hotel is completely run down . The reception was out of the 70s . Although we had booked well in advance,when we arrived they had us booked in for the next day. Fortunately they said they had a room for us . I’m not surprised they did as I don’t think they are Overbooked ever . The whole hotel is very tiered, from the dark hallways (dark Red walls with dark blue wood work and dark linoleum floors) to the rooms with brown painted walls . The furniture was old and worn wood and the carpet (green) were stained in several places. There was coffee and tea facilities in the room but it was powdered milk so we didn’t bother with that . The bathroom was very small and completely white tiled but as with the room could do with completely being upgraded. The shower only had one pressure and that was fast and hard. If you were showing the toilet also got a good dousing as well. Breakfast (well if you call one pain au chocolate and a bit of bread breakfast) was a disappointment . We asked for more pain au chocolates and croissants but we’re told it was all gone ( it was 8.30 in the morning) . There was eggs if you boiled them yourself. My wife did try but I think she would still be standing there a day later as the egg boiler was ancient . Some of the tables had wood and metal garden chairs to sit on . On leaving they tried to charge us for two days breakfast even though we had only stayed one night . We soon corrected that . I can only say “don’t stay at this hotel “ .

GGuest UserWe stayed by chance at this north of Paris Kyriad. It was recently refurbished and it’s certainly much more roomy and pleasant than many Kyriad hotels. We dined in the excellent restaurant next door, but I’m not sure if the ownership is the same. Breakfast in the hotel was poor, even by Kyriad standards. Most concerning is an obvious lack of staff training for receptionists. I speak French, but neither the evening or morning receptionist spoke any English, which is poor for the hospitality industry. The morning receptionist presented no smile and exuded the attitude of ‘why are you here?’. Such a pity.

AAlenaStayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.

小小无情666The breakfast is average, the front desk is very patient, the lady sister and the younger brother are very nice, the service is very good, the hygiene is a bit unreasonable, when I get up in the morning, ants all over the floor are crawling on the stalls, maybe because I live on the first floor and are close back yard. Mainly because it is close to the railway station, the hotel is just across the road after exiting the station. The geographical position is superior, and the sanitation needs to be improved~

GGuest UserI spent a night from 14 to 15 September and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms and sdb nickel. Very calm and very warm welcome. The only small bemol was because of a little draps level concern. I told the next day the person who welcomed me when I arrived. I think he will remember me 😊 But honestly there is nothing to reiterate. I would come back if the opportunity came and I recommend 200% In addition, you can get a meal. Parking closed. Wifi I couldn't connect to it because too many may be, but it's just a negligible detail. I hold the most important Home Sympathy Room cleanliness and sdb I tell you soon and don't change anything

Dire Creil-Chantilly est abusif, l'hôtel se trouve en lisière d'une gigantesque zone commerciale à Creil, Chantilly est à une grosse dizaine de kilomètres et, pour qui connaît le secteur, les deux villes sont excessivement différentes. C'est bien la première fois que l'on me garde mon passeport en échange d'un sèche-cheveux !!! Petit déjeuner pauvre. Réceptionniste professionnelle. Chambre classique pour ce type d'hôtel.

GGuest UserThe price is low but the quality is not bad. The decoration is pleasant. The staff is helpful and nice. It is sufficient to spend the night before taking the plane. Wifi is easily accessible without a complicated code. No code at all. There is a bus shuttle that takes you to the Beauvais airport early morning in about 20 minutes as early as 6:30 am. for about 4 €, and there is a possibility to pay just 1 € by SMS. Have the necessary cash available with you otherwise the Bus shuttle won't take you on board.
