After the hotel parking lot goes to the ground, the square is directly opposite the hotel. The front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to tell the nearby attractions. Through the sncf on the square, you can first see the Colosseum, and the sights are very close. It is convenient to eat, drink and play in the city that never sleeps. Parking to the front desk for 10 Euros, and 1 Euro per person per night

Avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. Accueil et services très bien. Notre chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la SDB; La Literie était bonne et l'hôtel (un week-end) plutôt calme. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Même en périphérie il est assez près du centre. A Recommander pour un bon rapport qualité prix .

Cracking little Ibis, around 5 mins off the motorway. Very well soundproofed rooms, with big comfy beds. Loads of bars n restaurants within a 5 min walk. Grassy area out front of hotel for dogs. Good Wifi, secure parking and a very good breakfast choice. All staff great, especially the young guy from Brazil. Pool open, and big enough to swim laps

L’hôtel est situé à l’extérieur de la vielle à environ 3 km du centre ville, il faut donc être véhiculée pour se rendre au centre ville , le personnel est agréable très sympas , dans l’ensemble ça été , je note juste que la carafe d’eau n’a pas été rempli malgré que j’en ai fais la demande et la chambre n’a pas été faite à notre retour que lorsque je l’ai demandé , ça c’était pénible , retour de sortie et trouver que le ménage n’a pas été fait il était tout de même 16h00, la chambre, la salle de bain parfait , la vue laisse à désirer , les installation bien sauf que la piscine était froide mais vraiment froide ! Malheureusement c’est pour cette raison que j’ai donné 4 au lieu de 5

Hotel with a charming zero but comfortable for a stop for a walk because well connected to the road network; far from the city center, not reachable walking, and located in a fairly unsqueezed shopping area of the evening; i.e. good to sleep for a night or Two. It is equipped with two small swimming pools and a garden outside where you can make breakfast. The room was simple, quite clean, with very small spaces for anything. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and has a good and varied breakfast.

We reserved two nights at the Royal Hotel in Nimes, France. On the day we checked-in, they charged my credit card for the two nights lodging, but I was not made aware of this. When we checked out, we were given a receipt for the two nights lodging, plus parking fee and tax, which was charged to my credit card. It wasn't until I saw my credit card statement that I realized they double charged for the two nights lodging. I sent them a couple emails about the double charges, but never received a response. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me the extra charges, and said they would deal with the hotel about the charges. I never heard more about it. The hotel is in a nice location for seeing the sights in Nimes, and the room was fine. Our room overlooked the outdoor restaurant in front of the hotel, but we did not have any noise issues at night. We did not eat there, because they did not offer gluten-free meals, but there were other restaurants in town that did. There is a public underground parking garage with an elevator that come up the street next to the hotel. Over-all, a good stay except for the double charges on the credit card.

Very Well Located Hotel. The Majestic is a very basic, simple hotel with a rather tired, cramped uninviting reception area. Even in the rooms the decor seems dull and dark. But the good news is that the reception staff are lovely, warm and helpful, and the hotel represents excellent value for money. I asked for a lower-floor room and was allocated a double room just up the stairs on the first floor. The room, while uninspiring, had everything one could need---TV (no English channels, but Netflix) safety deposit box, sparkling clean sheets, a cute reading light , etc etc Best of all, it had fully functioning air conditioning---lovely and cool when one came in from the heatwave. My room had a large, modern, recently renovated bathroom, a huge bonus. I'm not sure if all rooms have these. There was a large modern, glassed in shower cubicle with continuous hot water, a mirror with a touch screen light, etc The location is super---litterly two minutes from the station, yet close to the Arena. There is no grotty vibe in the area around the station. Instead there is a lovely, long, tree- lined avenue leading to the Arena. Breakfast--especially the cooked offerings---did not inspire. It cost €12. One minute walk from the hotel down the main avenue, on the corner across from the station, is a café which does ”breakfast”---two long slices of baguette, a croissant, butter, marmalade, orange juice and coffee--- for €6.80 I was very happy with this hotel. It is simple, but good value and has lovely staff Nîmes is a great base for exploring the surrounding area by train or bus, so being so close to the train and bus station was a real bonus. The bus station is just behind the train station.
