Find the Cheap Matougues Hotels

The dinner menu offered Wednesday was limited but very enough : each of us 3 found our happiness , served quickly , cooked at the minute and of the right quality Our 2 spacious rooms were clean , Well equipped and warmed This is a fine breakfast offered by the buffet and freely, allowing you to combine your composition and adapt the content to your own needs. appetite, with fresh and quality products We will return to you with great pleasure and we will advise you to our surroundings without reservation

We stopped here for a night on our way from Calais to the south of France. Pleasant hotel, small twin rooms with shower room, fairly basic but all we needed for a nights sleep, shower in the morning and off again. Secure gated car park, so we felt our car and bike rack were safe. Bed and room was comfortable.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. We stayed in Room 4 which seemed cold considering the weather had been warm and no amount of adjustment to air con seemed to make any difference, but we were there only for one night. Car parking was underground and safe. In all a fairly average budget hotel. However, a warning to anyone using Google Maps as the basis for their Sat Nov. The front of the hotel faces the Place de la Republique and the rear where the entrance to the car park is situated is on Rue Lochet. The Rue Lochet is a one way road and for some reason Google does not recognise this and tries to take one the wrong way up the street! The best way to drive to the hotel is to set the Sat Nav for the Place De La Republique, park up in the free spaces, get the entry code to the car park from reception and then take two right hand turns to access the car park from the right end of the Rue Lochet - that way it will save a lot of stress.

Positives… ….man in the bar was nice enough ….lady at check out was friendly enough ….it’s champagne was Joseph Perrier That’s about it. Hotel was freezing all over. Properly freezing. I guess in summer that won’t matter. Room was…hmmm, average with a nice square view. But freezing. Did I tell you that? I turned the air con/heating on and noticed the last person had it on at 27C. The reason being, it didn’t work. Eventually i went to reception. She looked displeased. I said you are welcome to come and show me where I am going wrong. So, to be fair, she came to the room and proceeded to jab at buttons. She said it was fine and set it at 27C. It wasn’t blowing air. She said the room was at 27. I stated, no, more like 7. She said she would move us but all the rooms worked the same. So we stayed. I got up at 2am to go to the loo. My age you see. I couldn’t find my already small manhood because the cold had shrunk it even more! By 8am, the icicles had just about melted in the room. The worst thing though was having to shower the following morning and realising the towel was still soaking and freezing from the previous night. I would have thought a room at 27C would have dried and warned that. Stay again? No. Nein. Non. I nearly forgot to mention…the room has a safe. Obviously then are secured and tied down. Noooooo. I nearly took it for a walk for fun and put it in the bar. Ridiculous.
