"The hotel is newly renovated, and the facilities are very new, but it still has a bit of smell. There is still a lot of room for improvement in details. For example, when you open the toilet lid, there is a dead insect floating in the toilet. There is a large exhaust fan cover lying on the floor in the shower room. When you open the quilt, the sheets are wrinkled like nothing. When you take a shower, the water from the shower head will rush outside, and there will be a stream on the floor of the bathroom after taking a shower... The girl at the front desk changed my king-size bed room to a twin-bed room without asking, and I only found out when I took it out to review it now.
The location is quite advantageous, just opposite the train station and the shopping mall, and there is a Carrefour in the shopping mall.
The breakfast is very good in the hotel in Lille."

"Great choice. Ideal location in the old town, and only 15 minutes walk from the Eurostar station. Reception staff very helpful and friendly, allowing me to practise my beginners French. Special mention for receptionist Manu - he is a real star. Well be back!!"
