Emplacement idéal pour un séjour détente et relaxation loin de l’agitation de la ville et du bruit, le patio Zen avec son jacuzzi privatif était parfait. Logement propre, climatisé, parking privé, communication agréable avec les hôtes par messages due à une arrivée tardive de nuit. La piscine est assez sympathique et permet de rencontrer les autres clients des chambres, ce qui fait une ambiance plus conviviale. J’ai adoré et j’y retournerais dès que possible. Petite visite de deux paons en liberté le matin , surprenant et magnifique.

Unfortunately, a newly renovated house, which is still very well equipped, which is very attractive and that is also, meets absolutely incapable staff. Maybe they had a long season.... But just the old lady at the reception, who did not speak English or tried to break it, was nice at the first moment, but no one of your statements has proved reliable! On the arrival day we could not book a table for dinner at 17.40 at the same day (we had a 9-hour trip behind us). Later we asked again for the next evening. We then received a pledge for the next evening at 19.45. Unfortunately, we did not get the table in the restaurant next night, because the lady from the reception, which was there on the other hand, was also there on the second night, but, as all the others, she was discharged from the staff, didn't remember anything.... It was a good idea to get us to the team and to the guests (which is probably working per employee and not per guest). Our advantage was that we had already paid at the arrival and could prove that. The situation was not only bad, but also skurril. It was particularly bad that our children made the statement (filial 7Jahre) ”she is happy to come back here”. We had no longer a bit of dinner there. And we looked for something else again. The breakfast on the day of departure was as well as the morning before and it went piece-by-piece everything was empty. Whatever S*****es, cheese, eggs, marmelade.... It was not because there was too little staff there. Also here was looked away, it was only important to clean the tables of guests who went as quickly as possible and thus clean.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet hôtel à l’occasion d un mariage qui se déroulait tout près . Hôtel très agréable dans le centre de Hyères, pas loin de la mer et centre ville proche à pied . Belle chambre , bien insonorisée . Parking gratuit dans l’hôtel , terrasse extérieure où il fait bon boire un verre ou déjeuner et piscine agréable surtout avec les chaleurs estivales . Demandez chambre sur piscine . Petit déjeuner complet sous forme de buffet ( toasts , pains frais divers , viennoiseries , pancakes ,œufs brouillés , fromages fruits frais ,,…) . Personnel adorable et souriant . Franchement un hôtel agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix .

Very good welcome

Where to start, we spent one night there.... Horrible!!!! Room on the ground floor... When we got the keys the staff were outside smoking a cigarette we called no one came... Forced to go outside so that someone would finally come and give us the key/code... In the evening we arrived there were about twenty people outside having a barbecue in the car park so obviously noisy... It was 11:30 p.m. we wanted to take a shower... We took 3 showers and excuse the term but they were ”disgusting” leftover hair sandwich really in 2024 it still happens!!! The horrible toilets really make you wonder if they were done during the day, and the room.... We slept on a mattress pad no sheets or mattress protector, the duvet was black in places, and the pillows frankly horrible!!!! All night long comings and goings in the corridor, doors slamming, people talking as if it were broad daylight, running and slamming doors, even though it was 2am, metallic noises clashing all night long, staff talking to customers without worrying about the peace and quiet of the customers, so you guessed it, no soundproofing, for a peaceful night this is not the place to go!!! So yes the price is very affordable but it was the first and last time we went there, good luck to the next customers really.

Functional and inhuman hotek but you should not expect to sleep if you are on the road side. The rooms give outdoors onto a very busy intersection with traffic, even in the middle of the night. Fortunately I had earplugs, but even then it was pretty loud.

So very glad we chose to stay here on our travels between Marseille and Saint Tropez. Picked Hyeres at random and this hotel based on reviews. Beautiful property with easy convenient parking. We were greeted courteously and assisted professionally. Our room was top notch. More spacious than others we encountered and it was well furnished. We were lucky to get a very large (like huge-bigger than my living room at home) outdoor sitting area. It was awesome. We had breakfast delivered and sat outside for a wonderful start to our day. The ****** was a bonus. We played live blackjack with a very patient dealer. We let him know we were not experienced so he slowed the game at first as we we were the only players at the table. As more folks arrived the game sped up. Dinner was superb. The Chef is very talented and his sous chefs are very active. We has an excellent view of the kitchen and were entertained watching them work. The food was terrific. We had the flowered zucchini, salmon, and pasta with truffles. Highly recommend.
