The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Very correct bathroom with a large Italian shower, very pleasant for people a little ”voluminous” like me ... Some ”more”: separate toilet, walking door separate entrance door and the whole WC/bathroom from the room The room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small and the room was very small. The hotel was perfectly suited with a hair conditioning. - The nice WiFi is a bit capricionous and it is a bit afflicting. I didn't test breakfast.
We stayed here on Sunday 20 August. A group of 13 cyclists with myself arriving early evening. We were allowed to store our bikes in our rooms and the hotel gave me my request for a ground floor room which was much appreciated. They hotel team were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities and location of the hotel are great and the breakfast was just what we needed to get on our way to day of cycling to Brugge. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Stayed at this hotel for five days. Although confusion with the room when we arrived we got upgraded very efficiently and the staff were fantastic. Room was very clean and bed comfy with a view to the sea. Breakfast was excellent - eating area was very clean and the food was well presented. Would definitely recommend this hotel as for a three star it's more than what I expected and would definitely stay again. Close to the marina and main town area - about a five minute walk for restaurants.

This hotel may be the most expensive hotel in Dunkirk, France, but it is also the closest hotel to the Dunkirk battlefield site and the Allied Great Retreat Museum! Hotel facilities, services, rooms, I don't need to say, the consistent high level is unquestionable, and it will not overturn! The best thing is: the beach, the beach, the war fortification wooden stake, the suspension bridge, the memory wall are all here! Staying for one night, the history here is all understood!
My husband had to stay in France for a week and we found this hotel in Lille, he stayed there for a couple of days until he had to go to Dunkerque. First of all, I want to start by saying that my husband does not speak English and therefore I was helping him to get around through talking on the phone with people and booking places online from the UK. When I was trying to extend his day at the hotel for an extra night, the receptionist had told me that the price is different tonight and it is €98. I was quite sceptical so I decided to check the price on their website and had seen that it was half of the price that the receptionist had told us. My husband had to go to Dunkerque and we found that there was another B&B Hotel there and we thought since he was confident and comfortable in the hotel in Lille, it would be easier for him to stay at the same hotel in Dunkerque. However this was the worst experience. I had booked a night at this hotel for my husband only for the receptionist to say that they wouldn't accept my husband because he did not have the credit card that I had payed with. He was never asked to show a credit card in the B&B Hotel in Lille. Bear in mind, my husband does not know english, he is a tourist and due to where he is from, he does not have a VISA or Mastercard. I spoke to what seemed to be the manager of the hotel and explained to him my situation and that I could send him a photo of my card details if that would be better as I did not want my husband on the street. He then replied with a cold ”No.”, I mentioned that it does not say anywhere on the website that you need a credit card on arrival and in Lille they did not ask me for one. He replied to me with this: ”Well this is MY hotel.” in a very arrogant manner. I asked for a refund and he replied ”Check online”. Not only did I not get a refund (as there was no option for one online), my husband was out in the freezing and rainy weather with no where to go. My husband had later told me that the staffs attitude towards him was rude and smug when he attempted to talk to him in the little bit of English that he knew, as if they were looking down on him for being a foreigner. This is absolutely discriminatory and I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you are fine with arrogant and snobbish behaviour. For this all to happen on my husbands birthday is just heartbreaking. I have never felt so angry and helpless that my husband was roaming the streets to a strange city he was so unfamiliar with. I do not recommend this place, please avoid if you want to be scammed for your money.
Stayed on our way back to the UK. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel a d room was spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing views. No restaurant available on the weekend, but there was an American diner type of restaurant next door. Breakfast was pretty good too. Parking is safe underground, with gates.

If you want to go to the toilet without going to my room, you have to go down the ground floor to fall on a HS bathroom.

GGuest UserWe have stayed in many premiere classe hotels over the last 21 years and except they are cheap and basic. However on arriving at this premiere classe, it looked dirty and run down on the outside with litter everywhere. On entering the room it smelt very smoky and stale, the bed covers were covered in cigarette burns, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet itself looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in months. I refused to shower as I felt I'd feel more dirty, due to the stains and hairs in there. The wash basin wasn't much better and again had terrible stains on it. I've put terrible value for money, not because of the price, but because I feel that we should not have to have paid anything for such a terrible room. Location also wasn't great, with nothing near by, however I feel that this is our fault for not researching the area. It's made us reconsider booking with you again later in the year, or in fact ever again.
