It is more convenient for the self-driving tour group, just in the middle of San Marlo and San Michele. Self-check in is required at more than 9 o'clock in the evening, otherwise the car can't enter the parking lot. Fortunately, other tenants went out and asked for help and solved it. There is a self-service machine at the entrance of the hotel's wall. Enter the name of the orderer, pay the deposit by bank card, and automatically output the room card and swipe the card to enter.

We had chosen the Hotel du Tertre for our visit to the “Mont-Saint-Michel Bay”. From the hotel, Mont Saint-Michel, the coastal nature conservation area, the Mont Dol with its super view of the Bay, as well as Cancale and St. Malo is also reaching quite well with the bike. The hotel is a simple but clean landhouse and is operated by a friendly host. The “classic” frz. Breakfast was separately charged and was - na a classic French breakfast just. The bar of the hotel was operated late afternoon, you can't eat at the hotel, but at the frz. restaurant times (up to 15:00 and from 19:00) in a small restaurant. We were allowed to eat from brought food at our own tables on the terrace, the drinks we received - classically Bavarian - from our host. For travelers without great demand for luxury and comfort, the hotel is a good choice.

A clean room and comfortable bed was what we wanted and that is exactly what we got. The bar provided a good place to relax with friends in the evening and Bertrand looked after us well. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one evening and the food was fantastic.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are well sized with everything needed and very good beds. Good location for stopping after or before ferries at St Malo. Very pretty gardens and sense fo space. The restaurant on site is very good though the set menu doesn't change for certain periods. A little drive to other options.

The best experience! We stayed here so many years ago and I still think so fondly of this experience. Paul was so kind to pick us up from the train and drive us to Mont St Michel, even giving us a scenic drive home and stopped to let us take photos. 6? Or 7? Years later and still one of my favorite travel experiences!! Hopefully I’ll be able to come back one day!

On a vraiment adoré notre séjour au Village Insolite. Les yourtes sont super sympa, il y a beaucoup plus d'espace que ce qu'on imaginait, et il y a une petite cuisine, un frigo et du chauffage à l'intérieur. Il y a eu quelques jours de pluie, et le bruit de la pluie sur la yourte était génial. Les gens au Village Insolite étaient tous hyper gentils. On a voyagé avec notre fille qui a un handicap intellectuel, et tout s'est super bien passé (ce serait bien que les grandes douches aient un vrai tuyau de douche). Surtout, le food truck de Stéphanie et Stéphane a été une incroyable surprise ! On a essayé plusieurs de leurs crêpes, et elles étaient fantastiques. Leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur ont vraiment ajouté à l'expérience. On ne peut que souhaiter qu'ils viennent plus souvent au Village Insolite !!

Very good hotel. Pleasant and polite service and large rooms. Obviously excellent location for St Michel, you can actually walk all the way from the hotel in under 2hrs through farmland. Only negatives- prehistoric WiFi and no tea/coffee facilities in room.

Les hôtes sont charmants, et vous donnent des conseils pour découvrir la région. Située à deux pas du mont Saint Michel, notre chambre pour 3 était suffisante et assez propre. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et copieux : entre les brioches, les pains aux pépites de chocolats ou encore les crêpes chaudes faites à la demande, c'est parfait. Petit bémol pour le jus de fruit bas de gamme qui nous est servi. Nous aurions aimé quelque chose de local. Sinon, nous nous sommes régalés et avons très bien dormi ! Nous conseillons cet endroit qui permet de découvrir des villes pas loin comme Dinan ou Saint Malo.
