We stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. It was fantastic being able to reserve a space to charge our electric car overnight. Upon arrival we found the lady behind the desk very helpful and easy to speak to. Our room was very basic but clean with a comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. The city centre is a long walk, we didn’t mind this but there is public transport. We didn’t mind the walk. We’d happy stay here again on an overnight stopover.

I was very surprised how nice this hotel was considering the price. I was looking for a place for one night while on a bike tour near Dijon. I think I got the last room available. It had two twin beds, which I would normally not get. But I am glad I did. The room was super clean and had such a pretty view of the rolling country down below. Also the room had automatic external shades which really helped darken the room in the morning. It was a very welcoming staff and they let me store my bike in a storage room. I will warn that if you are on a bike, the hotel is located after a long-ish hill ride up. Great for views, but it's work to pedal up to. I would definitely stay here again

Similar to a previous reviewer I’m having to sleep in the car as the hotel could not give me the room I reserved. After driving 12 hours I arrived with two children to the hotel at 10pm to be told the 3 single bed room I booked on HRS and was confirmed as booked is not available and only a double bed is available. I could have booked a two bed for much cheaper elsewhere but paid a premium for the three beds. As I could not find anywhere else to book at 10pm I had to give the room to my children and sleep in the car. Thomas on reception was no help, he gave no ideas to resolve and was quite rude. I mentioned he could call head office or a manager, or move a mattress into the room, or find another hotel to transfer me to, or give me two rooms for price of one. He refused to even consider any of these options, saying it was too late to call anyone or do anything (I think he was going home at 11pm) and he had no authority to do anything (but also said he was the manager) I had paid 85euros+tax for the room. His only offer was another room for 100euros! More expensive than the one I had already booked! He even offered 10% off to take it to 90 which I took as him making a joke. Avoid this hotel, they seem to have a broken booking system and no customer service. Car park was locked on arrival and had to wait for another guest to use their code to let me in. At least it was secure to sleep in the car for the night. A complaint to Louvre Hotels has resulted in them shifting the blame to HRS but this doesn’t resolve the rude service and no help to solve the problem on the night leaving a family to work out how to sleep in a car.
Short break in this hotel near the center with a very good quality-price ratio, a very friendly team who welcomed us very late.
The only downside was very few parking spaces and we were fined for parking on the street near the hotel, so remember to put a small coin in the parking meter even on a Saturday morning.
Really well appointed hotel, very modern. It’s situated north of Dijon which seems a bit out of the way on first impression but there is a cheap and regular tram service the T2 and the stop Pole Sante a few minutes from the hotel and there is the Toison d’ Or ,a vast shopping complex with everything under one roof, which is a 15/20minute walk or few minutes drive away. The rooms are very good,we had 106 on the first floor, maybe needs a few more electrical sockets, but the facilities in the room are very good,we have say a big thanks to the receptionist on duty when we turned up at lunch time and asked if our room was ready(The check in time is 4.00pm).She was very helpful and said she will attempt to get our room ready asap, possibly around 2.00pm,so we walked over to the shopping complex, again thanks to her for the directions,to kill time and we were glad we did,it’s got a food court so finding lunch was easy. She also advised us about the tram details, where to catch it etc.She really went out of her way to help us. There is a secure gated car park accessed by a code given at reception. We will certainly return when we are in the area but this time stick to the 4.00pm check in! This is one of the best Kyriads, not far behind the one in Troyes.
We spent one night at this hotel on the way to Italy and another night on the way back. The location of the hotel on the outskirts of Dijon was perfect for this. The hotel is positioned by a large shopping centre with plenty of places to eat, although the hotel did also have its own restaurant and bar. The breakfast was not included in our package but was a reasonable price and provided a good selection of food and drink. We had a superior room which provided more space and a large, modern bathroom with a view overlooking the pool in the wellness centre. The room could have been of a high quality but was let down by the standards of cleaning. Everything seemed a bit dusty and there could have been more attention to detail when cleaning and vacuming to bring this up to the standards you would expext from a 4 star hotel. The hotel claimed to offer a pillow menu but when I enquired about better pillows as ours were very lumpy and broken up, I was told that they were the only pillows they had and that all of them were like this. That said, it was a comfortable place to stay and we went back for the way home. It could achieve a 5 star review with a bit more effort though.
We stayed one night in this very nice hotel. The central location was ideal, and after checking in we were able to explore the old town of Dijon at our leisure. The hotel was opened in 2024 and is therefore very modern. The modern rooms have a comfortable bed, a great shower and a video projector as a TV. Despite the air conditioning, we were able to open a window. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, only the coffee from the fully automatic machine could be a little stronger. The underground car park is a bit cramped and costs €11.50 per night. We were able to charge our electric car overnight for a flat rate of 15€ (four 5kW wallboxes are available). All in all, the perfect choice for a short stay in Dijon.
This hotel is simple, clean and the host was fantastic, he spoke English and was fun to deal with and went to great lengths to help. He picked out dinner recommendations for us and showed us what to go and see and helped us out later when we had an access issue with the room. Would definitely come back.
