Unfortunately, a very run-down hotel, in urgent need of renovation. On the positive side, the friendly staff and the quick, uncomplicated check-in and payment process, including changing rooms, are worth mentioning. Overall, the hotel is very shabby and cleaning is neglected. In the hallways, for example, the cleaners can no longer find the corners, and the edge of the wall is also really dusty. In the room, however, there was clean linen and a clean floor, so that was OK. The overall impression, however, is: ”Well, it's OK for one night.” The hotel is in an industrial area and is surrounded by busy roads. As the air conditioning only worked very poorly (the air conditioning was running and slightly cool air came out of the vents, but the room didn't get any cooler), we slept with the window open and didn't sleep particularly well because of the traffic noise. We had to change the first room because the faucet in the bathroom was completely loose; it tipped over at the slightest touch and was practically unusable. However, as already mentioned, changing rooms was quick and uncomplicated. Parking is free and there are a few restaurants within walking distance for dinner. Breakfast costs extra (€8.50) and is quite simple, but OK. The cleanliness of the dishes and cutlery could be improved, but the selection is OK (scrambled eggs and bacon, baguette rolls, croissants, chocolate rolls, jam, coffee, juice, water - OK). At best for an overnight stay when passing through (arrive late, stay overnight, have breakfast and leave quickly). It's a shame, this is my first negative experience with B&B hotels.

For the second time, enjoy our lovely stay at the Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions 🥰 very high-class hotel in the middle of the forest ❤️ very comfortable room, very clean, nothing misses ! I'adoro los productos Nuxe ❤️🥰 The staff very at the listening and attention, the receptionist even overclassed us ! There is a very pleasant indoor pool space ! Restaurant and a friendly server ! There is a very nice breakfast, quality ! We will certainly return a 3rd time 😉❤️ Perfect stay !

Ce n est pas un 3 étoiles comme annoncé, odeur humidité dans la chambre, les habits ont été imprégnés, pas de restaurant sur place comme annoncé, en remplacement on nous propose des plats à réchauffer au micro ondes et plus La machine à café pour le petit déjeuner etait en panne. Bref 1 nuit passable mais pas plus.

Having stayed several times at the Auberge du Jeu de Paume we were not disappointed with our latest visit. The welcome was its usual rapid and very friendly self, and one immediately gets the feeling of being at home. The hotel is very well sited for cultural and sporting events- the Chateau is just along the road and the racecourse right opposite with easy airport and motorway access. The room was beautifully presented with a large terrace overlooking the immaculate grounds. Dinner in the gastronomic restaurant was a little under par but still good. The new chef-until recently the No2 I believe- is still to find his way and some of the flavours were confused and seemed to be added for effect rather than being helpful. The white asparagus was excellent but the lamb was disappointing, consisting of a small finger of lamb with a very thick coating of fat. Hopefully the chef will find his own way soon. However highly recommended and we will be back for sure.
