The hotel is very good and receptionist available. Parking closed at night and free + a round-round watcher. Now there is a kind of security (pre-authorisation card) in case there would be degradation during the stay. At once I invite you to do as we do: check everything in the room at the arrival, and warn the receptionist of such a problem. For us the TV was sighting down, it came up to see and we were not penalized. See mainly: lighting buttons + apps, robinets, water jacket, remote control, ground, smoke detector cache and even glass (it was shut, given the next day ...). It seems troublesome but it's quick in 10m2, then you're quiet. The halls of access to the rooms are covered, smoking is possible in the rooms and there is a cendry in the middle.

The surrounding area is quiet, free parking, there is a buffet opposite, not far from the city centre of the small town. If driving, it is a better hotel choice. A kettle is available at the hotel. Especially the reception at the hotel is particularly warm.

Choix de cet hôtel via la plateforme téléphonique du groupe AccorHotels. Je voulais un hôtel économique proche d'une gare RER pour me rendre en transport en commun au salon aéronautique du Bourget. Etablissement assez éloigné des autoroutes donc compter 20 minutes pour se rendre à l'hôtel à la sortie de l'A104 en provenance de Reims. Parking gratuit avec possibilité de laisser son véhicule toute la journée du lendemain.La gare de Chelles Gournay est à près de 30 minutes à pied, possibilité d'y accéder par le bus ligne B arrêt devant l'Ibis. L'équipe de l'hôtel est plutôt accueillante et pas avare de renseignements pour m'aider à me rendre au Bourget. Finalement choix du bus 613 (à 10 mins à pied) en direction de la gare Aulnay-sous-Bois (35 minutes) puis RER B (3 stations). Je n'aurais pas choisi cet hôtel si j'avais su qu'il n'y avait pas de clim. En période de canicule c'est affreux. Heureusement le personnel au check in m'a remis un ventilateur. Surprenant pour un prix de chambre supérieur à 50 €. Chambre confortable avec douche et WC en cabine. TV écran plat. A disposition, serviette et oreiller en plus. Petit déjeuner très classique et très économique (salade de fruits en boîte). Pas d'ascenseur. WIFI gratuite et performante. L'hôtel est effectivement occupé partiellement par des occupants longue durée. Restaurant chinois self service au bout de la rue. Peu de choix de restauration dans le secteur. Je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel.

The hotel's sanitation is very good and very comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also very good. Because I came to take the IELTS test, the location is also very good, just near the exam building, less than 10 minutes walk. There are also restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, which is very convenient.

We stayed here twice recently. The rooms both time were so spacious and had lots of power outlets. The staff were so lovely too, really helpful in giving us information on where things were. The hotel is in a good location walking distance to a MacDonalds and a ln Auchan store is a short drive away. We drive to Disney a lot and always stay in hotel near Disney the evening before our first day in the park and also the evening of our last day in the park. We will definitely stay here again
