When we pointed out that we had only ordered one, she answered « no you didn’t » . I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to cry or laugh. When we ordered white wine, for the second time, because they found out the bottle we first ordered was not available after half an hour, they brought red wine. There are many more examples I could write, all of which happened in one evening, but I think this gives a good enough impression. I spoke to the owner of the place who simply apologized but didn’t seem to care much. There are so many nice hotels who need guests to stay at, especially after the pandemic. Please choose hotels that actually try and are receptive of feedback.
