The room is big, the location is good, the parking is convenient, safe and reliable. Average breakfast, poor internet access. Everything else is fine
Facilities: complete, the shower head in room 111 can't hang, it needs to be replaced and repaired
Environment: Excellent, there is a big supermarket nearby******
Great value. Same as all F1, they are basic but clean. The shared bathroom is not too bad as they are also very clean. With that price, I am very happy with the room. Within
walking proximity there’s a beach (tho not the main beach), lots of restaurants. Best to have a car with you and they offer free onsite secured parking.
The hotel is nice with 3 good outdoor pools. Great for kids.
Restaurant is good.
Transats in the pool are in very good quality and very clean.
SPA Massage was very good. Need to book very early in advance, they are very full. no wonder as their service is great.
Rooms suite are very decent size and the bed is very big.
Parking is very convenient.
When we checked in, our shower had a water evacuation blocked. we took a shower and the water was not going out. so we finished it in the bath tub.
One wall lamp in the room and another in the living room were broken. it keep twinkling when it was on.
we have informed the reception, and the shower was repaired but not the lights.
we gave up on asking.
Disclaimer: we are in our mid-70s. This hotel did not fit us well at all. Our conclusion was that it is 2 steps above a hostel in terms of location behind a McDonalds in a commercial zone, features like a real room desk, benefits of soundproofing, & required tech access to even get in the front door. The desk isn't manned well, outside access is by pin codes & room #, and the noise level after 6 pm is LOUD with all the late-comers going down the no-carpet corridors. I even saw 2 dogs in the lobby eyeing each other in a standoff. Same family had 4 kids who liked to run & dance through the halls. Mom & Dad just smiled as if this was cute. Like I said: hostel-level conduct with no supervision from the empty desk. The business model is very low staffing, all surfaces are designed for mop cleaning, few vending machines, only sugar-filled drinks in those machines, worktable-room had the lights off by 8 pm, so little light for my web work & paperwork. All in all - if you're backpacking the south of France, try it out. If you're visiting the sites with sore bones & want some peace from the tourist crowds, move along - move along.
Where to start, we arrived the parking is right under the hotel but you need to get a code to get in ? you need to double park and then wait in line to get a code. Two front office staff that could be trainees were seating and looking down to avoid to talking to you. After unloading the car we had to do our check in and wait again. Right outside the hotel you have a graveyard of lost cars better to use the hotel parking then Room 002 Ground floor near the lobby just above the car entrance, noisy with the cars going in and out and big groups at the lobby, We requested a Twin room we were assigned a room with a double bed and a single bed but a pull-out not so comfortable. The room was freezing, went to the desk was told “ you have a box on the wall to regulate the Air Con” I said no box. I insisted finally someone came and said “Oh no box” I requested the remote, we do not have a remote. It was a wall mounted Air Con not central air con like the other room, I believe this was not always a guest room but something else. The Front office staff desk informed me she was busy but we will take care of it later. Came back 2 hours later, asked did you fix the Air Con I was told with a smirk, no remote control, nobody had replied her call this was Saturday nobody was working and Sunday will be the same we will have to wait till Monday, she was busy changing the battery of her hotel phone, and informed us we do not have any other rooms available, never even looked at us. Wen I did my booking I requested 2 extra pillows, went to the room no extra pillows, requested again 2 pillows 1h later no pillows, to finally being told the hotel is full no pillows, the lady at the front office on arrival day was a disgrace. Group Hotel, woke up at 7.15 by a big bus who was running his engine just under our window, so it was time to go for Breakfast , restaurant was taking over by a groupa zoo. Only 2 ladies working, very efficient but overwhelmed. We put a make up my room at 10 am came back at 3.30 pm room was not done, I was explained by Front Office for sleep over the rooms are cleaned late afternoon, not the answer I was expecting, especially on a Sunday afternoon when the hotel is not full. The executive housekeeper who was walking by got involved, she was great, I asked for pillows she said of course we had some spare ones yesterday, of course we have a remote control, of course on Saturday we have maintenance. Came back with the remote control and saw the bedding, she was so surprised, front office staff also cam and mentioned as a platinum member I should have got an upgrade to a higher floor. Not to mention room 002 is located right across the housekeeping office so at 9 am everyone is outside your room talking and linen carts blocking the way. Depending who you ask for the parking is payable, it is not mentioned on the website. International hotel only French TV Channels. Paid channels are listed but not available. This is a lei
very good value for money, good apartment, very friendly staff, good facilities. Pity the whole terrain is covered by concrete, not very environmetally friendly. Minus: for a touristy place, they only have French channels on tv. Not very welcoming or entertaining for non French people. Same minus in Odalys Lyon. And please keep the floors of the balconies and elevator clean: they look shabby.
Absolutely Amazing! Just came back from it, and couldn't wait to provide a review about this impressive hotel in Nice. Make yourself a favor and book a deluxe oceanfront room, the view is just unbeatable, you are literally in the ocean, and you will hear all day the sound of the waves practically hitting in your room (in the good way). Waking up to that view, is the most amazing feeling you can experience, and if you add to that the excellent customer service from all the staff in the hotel, from reception to restaurant (Big Shoutout to Victor our waiter in the restaurant, amazing kid, very attentive and always with a smile in his face), the unbeatable location right on the beach and close to everything, the convenient free parking included, the complimentary breakfast, and the terrace, then it's an extremely powerful combination. Now, mention apart deserves the restaurant itself. What an amazing restaurant, right on the beach which makes the view out of this world, but the food itself, the flavors, the taste, the freshness of the seafood, just unbelievable. If you are staying there, no need to go eat anywhere else, restaurant itself pays for the stay, and if you are not staying here (big mistake), make sure to visit that restaurant, it is a must in Cote d'Azur! We will be back for sure, had an amazing experience and no need to look for someplace else to stay in French Riviera, this place has it all.
