AAnonymous UserI went to the University of Strasbourg for an exchange program for half a year. On the first day of my arrival, I booked a room at Le Grand Hotel opposite the train station. It felt really good, with complete facilities, comfortable and clean bedding, clean bathroom, convenient and safe luggage storage, convenient travel, and meticulous service. I will come again.

Ttravel nezThe hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nearly a hundred years old. The lobby and restaurant are elegantly decorated, with many oil paintings and collections of vintage styles on display. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the decoration is chic. The breakfast is rich and very good!

MMiumioThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very convenient to go to the train station, Christmas market and shopping places. The hotel lobby provides free water and coffee, and hot apple juice is also provided during Christmas, which is warm and cozy. Breakfast wasn't bad either, with lots of bread, cheese and drink options.

MMukeWe had a delightful family stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was good too. Especially we would like to say thank you to Vladimir, who show special care and hospitality to us. A memorable experience for our family.

DDavidAmazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.

Nous avons un peu tourné en rond pour y arriver, le gps ne nous a pas donné la route jusqu’au parking.
Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.
Petit déjeuné très bien servi.
