Excellent
MMukeWe had a delightful family stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was good too. Especially we would like to say thank you to Vladimir, who show special care and hospitality to us. A memorable experience for our family.
DDavidAmazing location, nicely refurbished building and area. Private room is a decent size, essentially like a no-frills hotel for around 50€ a night (not sure how sustainable this price will be).
Was able to park bikes reasonably securely to stands in courtyard, and excellent cycle lanes nearby. Staff very helpful. Free WiFi. USB charging in room. Soap and towels in private rooms.
No accessible WC in public area, seemed to be blocked off by the restaurant in the morning.
Can't vouch for dormitories or restaurant as we didn't try either.
KKASIM DZHEMILThe location is right in the center of Colmar, right in front of the well-known Christmas tree and toys, the rooms are very stylish, the reception is very attentive, and information was given about the facilities of Colmar. If I went again, I would stay there without hesitation. Thanks.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed the experience
The room is nice and clean, the breakfast service is good, and the front desk is composed with nice people, especially Patricia who was very helpfull.
MMaury30Hotel renovated, very beautiful, excellent location, with parking possibilities at their structure or in the streets surrounding them. The area is very quiet evening, good cleaning and excellent breakfast. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from The cathedral and the most interesting places.
PPierre-HenriWe had a great time.
The relaxation area with the swimming pool and sauna is a real plus.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.
I recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel was in a very central location, the room was very clean, very close to the train station and the center, there was no refrigerator in the room, nor was it on the internet pages, it was very quiet and we had a good rest because it was quiet, it was a simple and clean room. The staff was helpful, although the check-in time was at 15:00, I had a migraine due to fatigue when we arrived at the hotel and we went to the room at 14:00, also thank you for that.
JJosie123It's very close to Basel, just a few dozen meters from the border, and the price is much cheaper. There are small shops and restaurants around, all very cheap and suitable for those with a limited budget. It's not even close to the tram station. Take tram No. 11 directly to the city.
リリセイデンI understand that this is a backpacker's hotel for an overnight stay, so I expect that the hotel will be near the highway and understand that I need to walk on the dark road for about 1km to get there, but at least, they need to let the guest enter the lobby first.
I arrived at the hotel at around midnight, the receptionist was away, nobody was at the desk and the work was outsourced to somebody working remotely with the intercom at the front of the building. The hotel implemented a new checking system using a check-in machine, which will need a code in the confirmation email. However, the code was nowhere to be found wherever in the trip.com app or the confirmation email of mine.
More frustratingly, the reception clerk had a very strong French accent in his English, so we couldn't understand each other clearly. In the end, a kind gentleman went down smoking and helped me communicate with them in French, solving my issue. If he wasn't there, I would probably have got locked outside for the night. This is unbelievable.
This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm writing to tell other international tourists to stay away from this place, if you can't solve these issues like me.
