Log house, built in 1950s, renovated 2017. Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, room with sofa bed and fireplace. Sauna, bathroom, shower and hot water tank, separate toilet. Open terrace. Hot water tank is small (about 20 liters). Summer cabin in yard, 2 beds, electric light and fireplace. Strawberry fields and wine grape bushes in the yard. Berries are available to customers during the harvest time. Lake Simojärvi is well suited for fishing, stock of fish e.g. perch, pike, whitefish, lake trout and burbot. Boat launching (Simojärvi) 4 km away. River Simojoki fishing sites are also easy to reach.
