Located a brisk 15-min walk from the centre and station, this modern, clean and friendly hotel was a delight. Typical rooms for this type of hotel with very large beds, all maintained to a high standard. Yes it neighbours a dual carriageway beyond which is an industrial estate, which features a large Kellogg's factory so hardly heavy industry and during our stay it was not an issue. Rooms have air con, so no need to open the window. Friendly staff, welcoming bar and a restaurant which delivered a good breakfast and an evening meal much better than those in the equivalent UK hotel

Stayed one night for flight next day from Reus airport. Staff fantastic shout out to the female receptionist on shift Saturday pm( 29th july) she came into restaurant and explained the whole menu to us in English a very time consuming job but was brilliant and added humour ! The gentleman on reception was also very nice too they both got the boarding passes printed for us. I have to also say the lady waiting our table was so lovely bless her we all struggled with the language barrier and got by on Google translate. The food was amazing 18 euros for 3 courses and a drink of whatever we wanted! We did get a discount voucher on reception for a cocktail but we were exhausted and had an early morning flight. Breakfast plenty of choices including meats cheeses scrambled eggs, streaky bacon, fruits, toast croissants and pastries! The pool was lovely despite being busy at first we waited a couple of hours till 2 pm and all 6 of us got a sunbed each which we had for just over an hour and a half then more came so we left to give others sunbeds. The location is lovely but the hills my dad did struggle with as it was very hot too. The cafe at the bottom or the road ( not in the hotel) woman was awful we asked for lunch as it advertised sandwiches drinks and cakes but when we asked she said we close at 2pm and it was 12.50? A but annoying since the only cafe we could find! My daughter didn’t fancy the lunchtime menu at the hotel and we only wanted a sandwich. We landed up using a spar across the road which was huge and we got bread, ham, salads drinks etc there then had a picnic surrounded by beautiful scenery! Overall good stay to be had. I would suggest a kettle in the room would make all the difference but we did get a couple of coffees from the cafe area. Recommend for airport run also as it’s not too far cost about 30 euros for a large people carrier and 5 cases 6 people.

Friendly and helpful staff. Professional. Very comfortable rooms with large bathrooms. Big and wide buffet breakfast for 13e. Strong wifi. Quiet. 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town. High recommend all round.

While this hotel has a good rate and some ok aspects to it (relatively clean room, convenient parking garage across the street), there are many issues with it otherwise. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly or helpful at the start… that didn’t bode well. I had to do a couple hours of work as soon as I got to my room and quickly realized that the WiFi signal didn’t reach my room - bear in mind I was only on the second floor of about six floors! So I couldn’t use the internet which, obviously, is pretty important for most work these days. I even tried to do some work with my computer just outside my room but the signal was poor even in the halls ways. And to make matters worse, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Pretty sure this is a non-smoking hotel! So I decide to do my work in the lobby. I end up having dinner there and order a pasta dish. No joke, the top half of the pasta was warm and the bottom part was cold. Did they just throw it into a microwave? It was pretty disappointing. In terms of the room itself, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable enough but when I went to take a shower, not only would the water not drain properly - creating an ever-growing pool of water on the shower floor - but the temperature was all wonky. It went from slightly warm to searing hot… again, not ideal. I’m a pretty easy-going traveler and for this price, I shouldn’t really complain BUT this city did seem to have plenty of options in the price range so maybe it’s best to try another spot unless you have a good reason to want to stay in this particular location.

The hotel is on the side of the road outside Reus, with a parking yard and a great traditional restaurant next to it. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bath water is good, and the breakfast is not too varied. It’s about 15 minutes’ drive from Tarragona and I watched a wonderful football match on the weekend⚽

We were in family for the nearby Port Aventura (12 minutes by car) for that sense well. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to stay in the hotel. The outdoor microwave that comes well to warm things doesn't work well (although they have checked it and say if) it is not, we agree with several customers in this. I suggest you change it. We had the normal suite. The room was very big and spacious but very basic and boring. In the room there is 2 extra beds (bunk bed) in case you are with children. The location was perfect. It was close to the centre and next to the hotel was a bus station. The room had a “food” smell the moment we enter. The smell didn’t went away even when we opened the windows. The shower head was broken, a lot of dust under the bed, the phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the receptionist. To top it off the air conditioner didn’t work. We called to inform about this issue and they told is they will come to see what is the problem. They never came. We slept really bad. When we did the checkout we told them again. The only thing they say was that they were sorry. For the price for one night i expected much more. We are happy we stayed just for one night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
