Experiencia inmejorable. Precioso hotel en medio de la vegetación, pegado al pueblo de Torrelodones. Personal súper amable e instalaciones muy buenas, limpias y adecuadas. Estupendo hotel y extraordinaria experiencia. Obligado si se pasa por Madrid y se quiere estar sin estar.

This place are not 4 star. 2-3 the moust. service are noon. Rooms are small. Resturant are not open, the bar is not open! When you ask fore something, then its not there business, and The Hotel, are in middle of nothing. Only good thing to say, the breakfeast are ok. If you are not in your own car, then stay away! Nothing around......

I thought it was a rural second-tier city hotel. The hotel photos on Trip.com looked earthy. The lobby was very stylish when I entered. The ceiling was high. The wall wrote hello in various languages. Welcome and goodbye as decoration. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the table is very wide and the socket is suitable for the temporary office needs of business travel. Note that generally European hotels do not provide combs, slippers, toothpaste toothbrushes. If you ask the front desk, you can provide disposable toothpaste toothbrushes for free, but there are no slippers. There are many choices for breakfast, rich fruit, freshly squeezed juice, and a variety of hot coffee can be selected on the coffee machine.

The staff and facilities of the hotel are very good. All in general perfect. We have enjoyed it very much. They have to control a little more the bathrooms that was dirty the vater. Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

We travel with 40 students aged 12 and the treatment of all staff was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and the dinner is wonderful. There is a very good location. We congratulate all the staff of reception, restaurant and cleaning.

There is a train station near the hotel. You can go to the train station for a while. It is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets and fruit shops around to buy something to eat. Overall it is not bad!
