Hotel localizado en Lobón en medio de Badajoz y Mérida. Excelente habitación, amplia, moderna y a buen precio. Precio algo alto para el lugar pero correcto dadas las fechas (Semana Santa). Tiene bar con un buen desayuno. A pie se puede visitar el pueblo. A 5 minutos hay un supermercado. Atención muy buena de todos sus empleados.

Liked · This was such a lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the window shutters blocked out noise and light and meant a good night's sleep. The pool is enormous, plenty of sun lounges available. Quite a few places nearby to have a drink or food, plus a big Carrefour behind the hotel. Plenty of free parking available just outside or nearby. It is a way out of the main tourist attractions, so it will take about 20-25mins to walk to the Alcazaba. Disliked · Would have liked to have a fridge to keep some cold drinks

Good service, good price and good staff treatment. It is not located in the centre, there is a 15-minute road, if it's good weather the walk is good but if you get a heat wave like me better go on a taxi, the staff themselves ask you for it at reception. They have breakfast option but there is no room, coffee shop or bar in themselves.
Very comfortable room. Location excellent on Plaza Espana in centre of Merida. Very good breakfast. Good variety of food on offer. Staff very competent and friendly. Rooftop pool helped us cool off after day of sightseeing. Did not use hotel valet parking service as considered price too high. Hotel reception staff were more than happy to show us suitable location for free on street parking, which worked well for us.
Inconsistent place. First got the room with the outdoor jacuzzi. The room was very different than the description, smelled like cat and the AC was filthy blowing dust everywhere. Even worse there was an uncovered skylight that let in the morning sun right above the bed. I’ve added a photo for reference. Why have the Spanish style shutters on the window that block out 100% of the light and an open sky light? The man at the front desk was extremely polite and kind and downgraded us for the second night to a 2 story room. This was an amazing room. Fantastic and totally dark at night. The in room spa is another story. After an hour of trying to fill the jacuzzi I gave up. Both faucets in the tub have water savers on them. I understand why hotels do this for showers but for tubs that hold a finite amount of water. That night, we wanted tea. The lady at the front desk said they only have 2 kettles but don’t share either. The she brought moderately warm water out. She refused to make new water or even make eye contact and was clearly bothered by this. Finally she agreed to boil water. She wouldn’t let me touch the kettle and of course didn’t understand how to boil water. Finally she allowed me to empty the water. Not overfill the kettle and have hot water but made it clear this was an exception. I’d expect a hotel of this caliber to provide hot water for tea or a kettle or even sell tea without too much discussion. The next morning the hotel was again perfect and it was the first person at the front desk. So would I be back? Yes for sure. I’d just pick my room very carefully and bring my own electric tea kettle with me next time.
These apartments are really lovely, roomy, warm, comfortable and a great location. We drove to Merida and were able to park at a reduced cost very close by after a recommendation from the apartments. We could easily walk everywhere and come back easily to get things. We were a family of 4 adults travelling and it was such a lovely place to stay.
Here were 3 nights for visiting Mérida. Centrally located for visiting the city. Nicely renovated house with various furnished rooms. All very clean and very clean. Well small shower. Nice beds but not too large. There are also many stairs in the building, so not good for people who are badly in the legs. Entry of building and rooms goes with codes you get through whatsapp. Easy. Rooms cleaned every day and clean towels. We had luck and could park before the door.
The stop is an interesting point to spend a night.
Don't forget that it's not a hotel.
Parking and breakfast are separate, with prices exorbitant, but it is very comfortable to stay in a park covered with acceptable spaces.
The staff are very good.
The location of the pool is not the best, and it does not reach sun in the afternoon.
The garden is funny.
The room is normal, the bed is comfortable, the towels were clean.
Unrememberable experience, though it is a very nice city to explore!
Honestly, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. For a budget hotel, just know that is what you are getting. We needed a 1 night stay so it was fine. First of all it says free street parking. We did find a spot but it was several blocks away and the spots weren't plentiful so we were thankful when we found it. There is a public garage but it is several blocks away and I don't like our car being that far away. When we checked in they are very nice. We had a 4 single beds room reserved & at first glance it was very nice. Plenty cool with the A/C. However, after walking all around our teenage son went into the bathroom (which happened to be their handicap accessible room) to take a shower & the water backed up & he ended up with water all over the floor. It was not ideal. We talked to the front desk but since it was at night he wasn't able to do anything about it. So we just asked for extra towels to soak it up. Then when we showered we had to use those towels to make a dam where the shower stopped and only ran the minimum of water

GGuest UserBasic hotel, we were only one night, well located with the next parking, very careful staff, we didn't breakfast. It's an old hotel but comfortable, the wifi worked well. TV small, we don't use it. The bathroom is very wide.

Hhans-jaguarWe choose this hotel because we already where there. Nice hotel with a very helpfull and friendly staff and a good restaurant. On our arrivel early in the afternoon we got already in the entrance a “strong smell of the sewers” who you could smell in the whole hotel and this until the other morning. We used the restaurant service on our arrival, and also in the evening, then we got our second bad experience, there were arrived 3 coaches with Chinese tourists, in total 101 of them. We got them in the room next door and it seems to us that they were remodelating the complete room, they moved with the furniture for about 3 hours, then in the restaurant they were more than noisy, they do not have any respect or education at all, lucky for us the staff has moved them into another room for the breakfast in the morning, they arrive with thermoses and bacpack to fill them with drinks and food for the day, we have this experience from other hotels where we had also Chineses in the hotel. So for this time a sad experience into the hotel, lucky for us that the staff is so friendly- Very important, this is the second time we are going there, so do not follow the “Gps” on the “Avenida Reina Sofia 78, 06800 Merida, Spain” - he wil send you into the other direction, comming from “Badajoz” just follow him until you arrive in “Merida”, look out for the sign of the hotel, and drive always straight in front, passing so several roundabouts, and this will lead you into the industrial area of Merida, just follw ahead and you will see the hotel on your right hand side when the road is going uphill.
