Could not fault this hotel. It is stunning and the room was gorgeous. The staff were as lovely as they could be and so attentive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it is walking distance between both Destino & Pacha. All round amazing will definitely be coming back :)

Just returned from the El Hotel Pacha, we travelled as 2 couples in our late 30s/ early 40s. we had an amazing stay, the whole experience was great was well worth using the guest vip at Pacha we went both nights we also used the Destino beach club which was amazing, Marcel was very attentive and provided excellent customer service nothing was to much trouble, we even had a nice touch of a bottle of cava for my husbands 40th, we will certainly back. rooms nice and clean, breakfast was tasty! perfect location just over 1km walk to Ibiza town.

The location is next to a double-ring island, the neighborhood is rather ridiculous, the sea is not visible, and the bar area is also about 7 kilometers, but the hotels near the bar are like farmhouses. There are casinos on foot, and a marina business district, which is more advanced, but only Dior. The room is still very good, more style and design, I upgraded the penthouse suite at my own expense, only 2 on the top floor, the balcony is still very comfortable, although not as big as I expected!

Hotel is small with limited facilities. Their website was confusing , we thought we booked our Ibiza stay at Ocean Drive Talamanaca, which is nearby , but a nicer hotel. We got disappointed when we arrived at Ocean Drive Ibiza. Good part is that staff is very helpful and kind - just old hotel - need an upgrade.

Great hotel, good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and good choice of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, we went half board. Right on the beach which had lovely bars along it. It was always spotlessly clean with beautiful blue water. Two minute walk to the marina with some lovely places for a coffee and view over to Ibiza town. Ibiza town was a 20 minute walk away , all along a pedestrian area with views of the harbour and town. So the hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but all within walking distance. Great value for money and would definitely visit again.

Our stay at the hotel fell significantly short of our expectations given the price point. Here negative things we experienced: 1) Room cleaning: The room was not cleaned daily as advertised. The service was limited to bed making, with the bathroom and floor neglected. On one occasion, we were without toilet paper and had to request it from reception. 2) Room discrepancy: The room bore little resemblance to the images on the website. The absence of a dressing table mirror caused significant inconvenience to my fiancée. 3) Room condition: The room was in a state of disrepair, with loose electrical sockets. 4) Staff VERY RUDE, both at the receptionist and at the swimming pool bar. When I highlighted these problems (Est European receptionist) they didn’t even say “sorry”. While the breakfast and location were positive aspects, they were insufficient to compensate for the overall poor quality of our stay. Given the price, we believe there are far superior options available.

So I only stayed for one night, overall happy with the hotel. Nice staff! Easy check in! I booked a single room and it was small but good! The only thing you should know is that the party goes on all night outside (i had a room facing the back street) But thats not the hotels fault this is Ibiza after all! I can recommend this hotel!

I would not recommend the Nobu Ibiza hotel. I might consider another Nobu hotel but would have to research past customer reviews more to see if there’s any alerts we should consider before booking. No one offered any verbal or written overview of the features and amenities included at the hotel and I found myself having to constantly call or go to the front desk to ask questions. I found the beach set-up like a 2 star hotel and the plunge pool with our suite was not deep enough or large enough for my wife and I to fit together (and the lack of heat made it frigid). I was a little disturbed by the pool for a number of reasons. First, there was only canned water available for 9 euros each. Second, the individual servers were rude, including 4 servers gathering behind our bed joking and speaking loudly. Lastly on the pool, we went out to have no one assist us, seating ourselves, to have a servers come 30 minutes later and inform us the entire row of beds (not a cabana) had a 200 euro/day minimum spend - someone should have said something sooner - of course we stayed as we were embarrassed to leave - and funny how the first 2 choices of wine we asked for were not available, but a more expensive option was. I tried to get order a dry vodka martini at the bar that 2 nights in a row was a fiasco, bartenders asking each other how to make it even though I gave clean instruction. What bothered me more was the bartenders appearing to ridicule me off the side for the drinks I ordered for my wife and I. The hotel is physically nice, and the food was very good, but I would recommend some sensitivity and cultural training for your staff. It could be that we spent a week at the Four Seasons Madrid and received friendly, welcoming, and overall exceptional service and had a 5 star expectation that couldn’t be met, but the items I referenced were within the hotel staffs control (attitude being the biggest gap).
