Hotel is very nice, the stuff is kind. Breakfast is good with lot of options. The only thing we didn't like is 24 degrees in the room without possibility to open the window?!?! Wi fi was very good the first day, the second one not. I'd also suggest toilette brush and hand holder in the shower. Photos of it on the web are the same as in the reality. It is also few steps from metro station, which was great thing when going to the city center.

I like to live, but the pillows are a bit uncomfortable, but everything is great, I tried everything.

The hotel is very expensive and every little thing must me paid extra: you want to park you car? You pay. You want some water in your room? You pay. You want to have breakfast? You pay. You want to check out 30minutes later? You pay. There is not much clean (I have some beer in my room on the first day, on the fourth day the empty glass was still on the table), and is also very noisy, there is no insonorization between rooms. I’ve even wake at the middle of the first night thinking someone entered my room, and it was my neighbour enter his room. We listen every step, every door, and even some conversations between rooms! Overwall, it could be a better hotel if staff were nicer, but they must learn lots of things from some premium hotels they willing (or wishing!) to be.

Booked this property as per the photos updated online and the property was way too far better then the pictures. Apartment was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. This place is at a great location but outside the city which is really not a big deal as you can catch a Train from nearby metro station.Thank you for a good stay

We were a band and we hosted this hotel for a concert in Sevilla. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The worst thing is that in the Civil Guard Quarter we met a couple who had stolen inside the parking the same night. The hotel has no cameras looking at the street or the parking and makes deaf ears of the robbery that happen.

Stayed at this hotel with my siblings for 4 nights. The hotel looked nice, and staff were friendly and helpful so no complaints there. The reception staff are able to communicate in English which was great because we couldn't speak or understand Spanish. The room was nice and comfortable, pillows were soft and it didn't feel too hot because there is AC. Hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which you annoyingly have to keep reconnecting to, but that wasn't too much of an issue. The main downside of our stay here was the dirty hotel room floors. There was hair all over the floor, not just singular hairs but clumps of hair which was extremely gross. The entire 5 days we stayed there, not once were the floors cleaned. Towels were also not changed regularly. We put a towel down on the floor as a bathmat and it was just picked up and placed back on the rack. Another downside was the outside of the hotel sometimes smelled really bad, maybe of sewage I wasn't sure what it was. The location isn't exactly ideal as it's 20 minutes away from the city centre if you took the bus. We called an Uber every night to get back to the hotel because the last bus is before 10pm. Overall, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's more 3 star. But it's decent and provides a comfortable and safe place to stay.

The rooms were clean the staff was amazing and so welcoming from reception to cleaning and the staff at the bar took excellent care of us - especially Edith. I give it 4 stars because the trim was coming apart in the rooms and we found the bed quite hard for our liking but the distribution size and water pressure was excellent. The hotel supplies shampoo, soap, dish soap sponge and a cloth for washing dishes. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and are full size. We did not use the stove top so can’t speak to that. Cleaning staff came every day and replaced toilet paper and used towels if left in floor/in bath. You need a car to get to and from Sevilla (15 min drive to the centre). There is private parking if needed but we never had a problem parking on the street by the hotel. The hotel’s address is calle chile, but that is the entrance to the bar. The entrance to reception is on calle Mexico. Overall an excellent stay - we would definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel on 15 june. It shouldn’t be so difficult,complicated to have a breakfast in a 5 star hotel.On morning, the lady at the reception gave us a short briefing about how we were going to have our breakfast.She showed us a small table on which there were kinds of fruit in the breakfast room but nothing else to eat.I asked her egg,bread,cheese etc. “take a seat,my colleague will help you”she answered. we sat and waited for a colleague to come us.Nobody came.Then,I called the waiter standing there and said him that we wanted to eat cheese,egg,jam etc.He gestured that he didn’t understand me and pointed to the menu on the table.I had a look at the menu but understood nothing(I am not stupid,we are travelling all over the world).I repeated my order in english but he gestured again and said that he doesn’t know english. Breakfast room was right across the reception,3 meters, and the lady at the reception was aware of what was going on and that we were in a trouble but she ignored.I went to the reception to ask her to help us but she told me to wait without allowing me to say even a word.She was chatting by laughing with a man who was neither checking in nor checking out.10 minutes later she came to us,”what is the matter” she asked. “We are still waiting for the breakfast but your colleague doesn’t know english.I couldn’t tell him even a word of cheese.” I said.She said something to the waiter in spanish and went right back to the reception.That’s all. We decided to leave the hotel for breakfast outside to avoid getting more angry and also make check out for not to come back. We took our luggages from the room,went to the reception and gave back our keys.She asked nothing to us(why are you leaving?you haven’t had your breakfast yet! etc.)Moreover while all this was happening we were the only customers she had to care of. By the way when I looked at the breakfast table we left a few minutes ago I have seen only a cheese sandwich on the table. No matter how many stars it has, there is no use of staying in somewhere you can’t have even a breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with a great location. All of the photos of the hotel are representative and it is a lovely place to spend a short break in Sevilla. The rooms are clean, spacious and definitely high quality. We felt no need to get any public transport during our visit and were quite happy leisurely walking to and from the centre as required. The breakfast served was of a high standard and a good mix of both cooked and cold dishes. It was also served until 11 which is great if you’re looking to explore the city in a relaxed manner. On check in we were upgraded to a room with a terrace which was outstanding service from the hotel. I would highly recommend this extra space if you’re hoping to enjoy a drink in the fresh air whilst you’re getting ready for the evening. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a short break in the city. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues which made this a 4* rather than 5* stay. Firstly, we arrived after midnight and the room we were checked into did not have working air conditioning. The room was reading at 27 degrees when we arrived so the first night was quite uncomfortable. To the hotel’s credit, this was fixed the next day but still not an ideal arrival experience. Secondly, the hotel has no lobby bar area to get a drink or snacks if you are to return in the afternoon/evening. The hotel has the space for one so hopefully this will be addressed soon!
