The hotel is close to the San Marcos Square and also has a transport stop (vaporetto/alilaguna). Reception staff are careful and serviceable and try to solve any incident. The breakfast buffet is basic but it's okay. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. It is a recommended hotel.

Good location, as it was close to bus station. Room was very clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.

I asked the front desk for a kettle, and he charged me 7 euros a day for it. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby, the food is OK. It is clean and sanitary overall, there is free lemon and orange water at the front desk, and it is close to the airport and the price is relatively cheap.

A bit far from bus station and the bus frequently have delayed schedules I have stay there for 3 night, but there is not cleaning of room after 1st and 2nd night

While the hotel’s location near the airport was convenient, the service left much to be desired. During check-out, we had a few questions about our invoice and arranging a taxi. Unfortunately, the morning receptionist was extremely rude. She snapped at us in Spanish, interrupted our questions, and proceeded to assist the people behind us, ignoring us completely. It wasn’t a language barrier, as she spoke fluently with the Western couple behind us. Sadly, we felt that our treatment may have been due to us being Chinese. If you are a person of color, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.

There is a 24-hour reception, and all reception staff are friendly. The only drawback is that the location is a bit far from Catalonia, where most of the tourist attractions are concentrated, so it takes a while to travel, but I think I can fully recommend it to those who travel leisurely. I haven't seen a bathtub since I started living in Europe, but thanks to the bathtub, I was able to take a hot bath for the first time in a long time :)

The apartment was good. The quality-price ratio is correct. Although a coffee maker would be nice in the kitchen and there was no phone to talk to the reception

This hotel is good in every way, especially its community is really good. You can eat and there are many supermarkets within a few steps. There is also a laundry room. After staying for a few days, it would be very comfortable if you can wash your clothes. Although it is more expensive, it is really cheap compared to the laundry service in the hotel. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the guest rooms are really bad.

Downstairs with parking lot corner is difficult to open, the parking lot has a special smell, I don't know why the small black people in the hotel are in groups, a little scared ~ the room is still good, the business trip is enough
