Ensure you know what is included before booking. The spa is very expensive (18€ each for one hour) and you have to have flip flops ( 11€ if you have the buy them) plus the spa smelt of eggs - the food at dinner and breakfast was nice but again very expensive for what it was - but the catering staff were very friendly compared to one of the front desk people who felt like she was angry with me for asking questions! There is no tea or coffee in the rooms ( even though online it boasts that you do) the room felt like it needed a facelift - it was clean and could be nice but felt a little tired

Por suerte solo pasémos una noche en el hotel, lo escojimos porqué admitian perros. (Eso si, 8€ por dejarlo entrar en la habitación) No se si era por llevar perro pero nos dieron una habitación realmente horrible, muy claustrofófica, sin una sola ventana, con los papeles de la pared despegados. Con un ruido que apenas te dejava dormir. No sé si sabemos si nos dieron esa habitación por llevar perro o todas son así de horribles, de todas formas lo encontramos una vergüenza! No pueden cobrarte 100€ por una noche y darte una habitación con esas pésimas condiciones. Con las fotos que os cuelgo lo valorais vosotros mismos! El peor hotel de nuestra ruta, además de caro no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Lo mismo el chico del masaje. Quizas deberían poner mas atencion en la calidad del desayuno y el mantenimiento del area exterior...

¡ Fantastic stay!
The hotel is a great truth, super large and clean rooms with a huge bathroom (in my case was double room) equipped with towels, dryer and liquid gel/shampoo for the shower.
The bed was very comfortable, both the bed and the couchs, and in the night there was absolute silence (even a Saturday night).

RECOMMENDING to call the hotel when you are 4-5 days before entry to provide you with an email and you are sent a link to check in, since this is virtually performed and through trip.como the login link does not reach you No physical reception, the hotel is working by codes and is a super comfortable system.
The hotel is located in a super good area, with one of the best pockets of the city just 4 steps in the same steel.

Great two night stay at this hotel high in the hills above Eibar. The friendly owner, Roberto, and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. Good food in the restaurant. Lovely walks in the surrounding hills and amazing ever-changing views over the cloud filled valley and distant mountains.

While walking the Camino Del norte we stayed in this beautiful hotel just outside markina On its own grounds an old barn and mill in the 13th century. A bit of luxury for a pilgrim. we had a lovely room with a balcony whre we crashed out for an hour in the sunshine following our walk.. All staff were very pleasant but our receptionist Anysley was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lovely food and drink restaurant exceptional. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Pour un hôtel de ce prix il ne faut pas attendre à descendre au Ritz non plus !! 50€ pour chambre pour 2 sur le chemin de Compostelle ! Vos avis ont fait fuir ma collègue de voyage… pas d ascenseur, oui nous on marche, hôtel un peu désuet de premier abord, bar sympa au Rez de chaussée, mais chambre top pour cette gamme de prix et Super Propre, en centre ville 😊 !!
