IInigoVery nice hotel in the downtown of Avilés. They got a private parking about 3min walking distance(+15€/night) however is really small and difficult to park w/o hitting a column. About hotel, very nice! Excellent value for price

The hotel is good with a range of amenities but it is well away from the town centre. It looks as though there were plans to develop the area but they have not been completed yet. A good location for a conference rather than a holiday.

FFarAway32601903732Perfectly good hotel located a short distance from the old quarter. Doesn’t really feel like a tourist hotel due to its location in the less attractive part of town - more the sort of place you’d expect to go on a business trip. Clean, comfortable and modern, but would probably want to stay in the old town next time. Aviles is a pretty ugly city on the whole and the location of this hotel is not the best.

GGuest UserEl hotel, sus habitaciones y el personal de recepción son maravillosos y muy amables. La habitación es bastante amplia y muy acogedora. Pero, el servicio de limpieza ha sido bastante nefasto. Nos quedamos 3 noches, y el Segundo día tuvimos que alertar que nuestra habitación no había sido limpiada el primer día. La mañana en la que nos íbamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 8:50h sin aviso ni disculpa dando un portazo y asustándonos ya que estábamos durmiendo y no teníamos que dejarla hasta las 12:00h. Lamentable la actitud del personal de limpieza, que lejos de disculp****, han negado esto, aún habiendo fotos de los indicadores de la puerta ( tanto del de hacer la habitación como del de no molestar), dejando a dirección pidiéndonos perdón en su nombre.

Nos alojamos en este hotel una amiga y yo. En general muy bien. La atención y el trato genial, mi amiga tiene varias intolerancias y estuvieron pendientes de ella los tres días en el desayuno. La habitación que nos tocó era un poco pequeña pero bien, ya que sólo estuvimos allí para dormir. La única pega fue que nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior y las vistas que teníamos eran las calderas del hotel. Sacando esto, lo demás muy bien.
