Complejo de apartamentos en zona comercial muy tranquila, instalaciones nuevas; personal muy preparado en cuestión de idiomas y muy profesionales y agradables. El apartamento estaba limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Sin duda volveré a alojarme allí.

The room is large in size and well-equipped. It is at the normal level for entry-level five-star chains. However, the double bed room and the twin bed room all depend on luck. If you are late, you will have no choice. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk arranged for another quilt to be sent, which was changed the next day. Twin room, not bad The view from the high floors is good. The hotel building itself is a landmark. South- and east-facing rooms can see the city, but the location itself is a bit far. Fortunately, taxis in Seville are not expensive. I went during Holy Week, and the room price increased by 1200+/night, which is a bit expensive. On weekdays, the price/performance ratio is still very good at 800+/night.

Amazing location in the heart of Old Town. Lovely restaurant and unique rooms due to it being an older building. Will stay here again!

Very close to the bus station, friends who travel by bus can consider it here. The service was very good and very welcoming. We were very lucky that there was someone at the front desk when we arrived at noon and helped us check in in advance. The room is in good condition and there are many kitchen utensils to choose from. There is also a big supermarket in the Arms Square, which is very convenient.

The hotel is cozy and convenient in the city. The staff is helpful but the outlook picture in the trip.com is not updated. It is a bit noisy if people walk around the outside corridor. Overall is ok if just for a night or two.

i booked a bed in a female dormitory. Everything is fine, except there is only one bathroom in the room for 10 girls. And it’s very noisy, car rushing by all night, horse hoofs clattering early in the morning. The roommates are all good mannered and nice.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

Very nice room and very well located but we had a big problem there was a horrible smell in the bathrooms not very well maintained we reported it because it was unbreathable in the apartment, they intervened to put acid in the shower and sink drains but nothing worked. I went back to reception to get at least a commercial gesture but it was Saturday Apm so no one was available, Sunday the same. Conclusion it was not a very good experience at the price I paid (more than €600 for 3 nights of course via your site because on site much cheaper 😡)
