It was so good! It was a dreamlike hotel.
Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure
The staff were so friendly and the service was good đđ»
If I go to Palma again, I'll go again.
I recommend having breakfast and spending a long time at the hotel.
Stayed with my daughter for a few days and had a great relaxing stay. We'd been to Illetes before but to a different hotel. Had two side sea view rooms with great views as they were close to the sea end of the hotel. Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Great location and rooms. Immaculate throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice Bar/lounges etc. Pool area and Spa. Small stone beach and sea swimming from steps. A very extensive included breakfast. I had the buffet dinner one night which was very good with show cooking and lots of choice. It was the end of the season so fairly quiet and many nearby restaurants were closed but there were a few open. The bus to Palma goes very frequently from outside the hotel ( 2 euros each way pay on bus) so wide choice to eat there too. Parking tip - the hotel has a car park at 14 euros per day but we used the large free municipal car park near the entrance to Illetes (next to a Petrol Station) which is good. It's a short walk up the (many) steps and then a path which comes out opposite the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean and the front desk service is also very good, but the facilities are not that new, but the breakfast is delicious. The sea view room is worth the price, but the sound insulation is not very good
Just returned from 5 nights and can only give positive feedback. The lovely staff upgraded me from a single to double room on arrival ( fab surprise). The hotel was clean, in the perfect location for the beach and breakfast was fantastic. I stayed on my own but for a wedding in palma, and lots of friends who stayed locally felt this hotel was very reasonable for quality and location. Thereâs a very large gym too with lots of equipment. One side of the hotel seemed slightly newer than the other but rooms were of the same quality. Some of the reviews prior to arriving I found to be very unfair and misleading. Fantastic stay and beautiful October weather. For a mid 30âs solo female I also felt very safe and looked after.
Letâs talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.
The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partnerâs birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop âpoolâ, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in.
But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x
The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant.
However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work!
Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them âșïž
Stayed here for 7 days and writing this review just after checking out, all in all a nice hotel but with some pros and cons. Cons: - Room is a LOT smaller than advertised, with just enough room to walk around the bed. We paid for a decent room and expected what was shown on the pictures for âour roomâ category but it was false advertisement. - Building site is noisy and an eye sore while sat around the pool. I actually knew about this before we booked but looking at the pictures from previous reviews it looked like most of the structure was up so the noisy bits were finished, I was wrong. I feel they should tell people on booking about it. - No table or chairs on balcony. We paid a lot for the room too through *********** and the pictures advertised for that room were nothing like what we booked. I called reception every single day on my 7 day holiday to ask for a chair and they promised the next day we could get one, we never got one. This would be ok if there was somewhere else to sit in the room but there is nowhere other than the bed. So we lay on the bed and played cards in the evening and didnât use the balcony. We had a sea view too, so a shame we couldnât sit out. - Pool bar closes at 5pm, they have a beautiful bar area with a TV, couches etc really lovely but no one sits in there in the evening because the bar is shut, and in the day everyone is sat around the pool. Bit of a shame to have such a wasted space that is so nice. - No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, didnât have a cup of tea whole holiday. - No bottled water in room (didnât bother me as just bought a big bottle each night from supermarket) - No iron in the room so we just wore creased clothes. - Sun loungers around the pool are really uncomfortable due to a metal bar that goes across them and dig into your back there isnât a way around it. - Maid took one of our room key cards for some strange reason. Pros: - Staff are really lovely, the receptionist, bar lady, lifeguard (who gives you the towels everyday) all really nice friendly people who canât do enough for you. - Room is cleaned everyday. - Excellent location! A short stroll to cala major centre where youâll find the beach and all the restaurants/super market. - Porto Pi shopping centre is a 10-15 minute walk and is AMAZING, they have Zara, Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius and more. - Palma town centre is very close just 10 mins on the number 4 bus 2 Euro per person each way. - Fresh towels everyday, we brought them to the beach too no issues. - I have to hand it to them the shower in the room is lovely. Hot water no problem. - Breakfast is lovely, I wasnât expecting much but it was really good. If you are British donât be expecting full English type food (which we didnât anyway) but they have an amazing selection of cheeses, meats, breads, fruit, cookies pastries brownies even churros. They do have sausage and bacon but itâs like hot dog sausage. We really enjoyed our stay as we LOVE Cala major but per
Excellent
