Amazing place Like staying in a Hotel for a fraction of the price. Easy access to all the resorts, the bus which you catch is 180 meters from the Hostel, they also run through the night. The Airport bus you catch about 200 meters in front of the hostel. The town itself has a couple of cafes, we went to the BP Guaza as it catered for Vegetarians and was really nice. We chose the room with a private bathroom. The rooms are cleaned each day, if you wish you can put do not disturb. Excellent free Wi-Fi, we cast our phone to the tv and watched films on poor weather days. At first we went to the resorts to sunbathe, but then we went on the roof terrace they have sun loungers, which throughout the holiday we had to ourselves as nobody else went up there. Lovely and quiet all the time we stayed there, if you kept your window open you could hear traffic but that’s what earplugs are for. And last but not least, a massive thank you to Stephen and his Mum and baby Stephen for making everyone so welcome, you instantly feel part of the family. I wish them all the best for 2023 🎇🎆🎆🎆

The hotel has a great bed. Kitchen with household appliances. but the best the jacuzzi q is very big. the pool is also very good. Breakfast was 10€ separate, and I thought it was okay. Generally Recommended. The only thing we didn't like was that we left a bag with clothes and instead of calling to warn her to get out of the bag and there was no way to recover all the contents of xq was already mixed with other things

We booked into this hotel for one night. We waited for the crossing to the island of El Hierro the next day. In advance we compared the prices with the hotels in Los Cristianos. The decision to plan an overnight stay here was exactly right: the hotel is very quietly located in a small cul-de-sac, starting from a quiet side street. Everything was clean, our room was very comfortable. The reception was also very friendly. In the morning there was a small buffet. It was served on small plates, so that fresh cheese, fresh fruit and fresh sausages were always available from the counter. Since it is a small hotel, the breakfast atmosphere was very cozy. There was fresh coffee in the morning... freshly brewed. The hotel is located away from the tourist area, 10 minutes by car directly to the beach and port of Los Cristianos. In the evening in the nearby small café near the sports field, we immersed ourselves in the village culture of the ”islanders”. The prices in the small restaurant (there are a few nearby, 5-7 mins walk) are significantly cheaper than in Los Cristianos (big portions for €10). In any case, you can sleep well and peacefully in a very good hotel.

I'm writing this review, because those on here terrified me thinking Id booked into a hostal🤣 but it was amazing! after spending a week with my husband and son here, you get what you pay for and this was a right bargain! Lovely views, big room, everything you need for a cheap stay in tenerife ❤️ the hill is alright plenty of pit stops for us, the pool I thought was warm, compared to some places, the staff was friendly, always a clean room but never had the cleaner interrupt us. Reason I didn't give it a 5 for its money, shower was up and down, didn't know about the 100 euro deposit and payment for the safe, the walls are paper thin but we didn't have any noisey neighbours, we probably was them with my sons taste in music! Lots of taxis cheap enough back up from Los Cristianos 15 euro, up the hill 5, siam 10 euro. Thanks edfo come again at the right price. If you want luxury pay for it we do both and tenerife you don't need to as there's so many places to go why spend any time in ya hotel, and for 3 euros a breakie I ain't cooking! 😂

I went with my family it was great holiday we went for 7 days I would come back. Every day I went to the pool I could see the cleaners clean the hand rail on the balcony very good cleaning. We arrived very late around 3:00 am but a man greeted us with sandwiches fruit drinks and a full fridge of drinks in our hotel room I could talk about all the details all they but my opinion I would recommend this hotel I love there food so many different options to eat for breakfast lunch dinner and dessert great for my family

Stayed for just under a week 9 of us aged between 13-40. Hotel was great and the staff were all lovely and helpful. We never had an issue getting sunbeds near each other and the pool was great - water was not freezing but a nice temperature to swim in. The one bedroom apartment was fine for 4 of us. Plenty of room and it was cleaned daily. Food was fine we always found something to eat even with the fussiest eaters. The shuttle bus to Siam park was handy as was the one to the beach. The staff went out of their way to help you celebrate if it was a special occasion which was appreciated. We would defiantly come back.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is pretty nice and is a nice and cheap place to stay. I love the experience. Rooms are tidy , clean and safe. I could make a lot of Friends here, they speak English and Spanish and you can feel like home in this place 🥰

Great location, 10 minutes walk down to the beach. There are 2 pools, one heated and always sun beds available. Did hear they had a booking system for these but we never had to. Bars, restaurants and a shop on the complex which was useful. The only issue was they had live music on from 4pm every day and it seemed unnecessarily loud. It didn’t bother us too much but can imagine it would be a nightmare if you had a balcony closer to the bars. Apartment was great, balcony overlooking the pool and very well equipped. The staff left a bottle of wine for my partners 30th while we were there which was a nice touch. Would stay again, but would definitely recommend emailing ahead and asking for a room away from the bars.

Arrived late evening the reception staff are very nice and welcoming. The hotel left out food which I thought was nice after a long day travelling. We made our way to the bungalow 511 which was up 2 flights of stairs with suitcases. However we later found there was an elevator hidden in a corner from the stairs. First impressions of bungalow: There was no blocked off terrace just a table and four chairs sitting on uneven cobbles outside the sliding windows of the bungalow. We faced towards a metal door which banged most mornings and evenings by the hotel staff. If we sat out for a quiet drink or chat we couldn’t get privacy as the staff were coming and going for their work. Also as it wasn’t blocked off it was just a walkway with dirty cobbles. The room: First impression looked old needs a refurbishment. The bed wasn’t comfortable and as its 2 beds joined together my husband had to watch he didn’t fall between them as the wheels moved. There is no socket beside either bed which my husband needed for his sleep apnea machine. After speaking to the lady at reception she kindly gave us an extension to use during our stay. The restaurant: Very busy slightly chaotic Staff friendly food choices were good but trying to find everything took a while. Evening meal food was ok if you wanted water you had to pay 2,60 euros prices for alcohol were not cheap. The restaurant has no air conditioning so it’s gets very warm The bar area is very warm no air conditioning or fans on the roof which makes it too uncomfortable to sit too long. The kids entertainment starts at 8pm so if your unlucky to still be eating in the restaurant it’s very loud and annoying as it’s right beside the restaurant. I’d say it’s more for families as there was kids stuff on day and night The hotel is on a slight hill so if you struggle to walk far I’d advise a scooter or go to another hotel.

On arrival check in was quick and easy the lady on reception gave us a map and pointed out where our room was. We chose to go self catering because of reading the reviews when choosing this place. Rooms were clean but small, kitchenette was small and not much room to move but was okay for what you need. Complex is also clean and plenty of sun loungers. Not sure about the entertainment but on the night we went the entertainment that was advertised was not on so we went out somewhere else after that. Staff that we spoke to or passed (cleaners) were friendly and always said hello. You also get clean towels every day which we were not expecting and also clean the rooms daily. We stayed in room 105 and is very close to the gym and supermarket both small places. The History trip was amazing but only on on a Saturday evening. Siam park is also a good place to go but very busy. The hotel puts on a bus to take you at 10.30 and picks you up at 16.30 so if you want to go at different time you have to make your own way there. Overall we had a good time but would go to a different hotel next time as you have to walk or get a taxi as not much around, we chose this place because of Siam Park being close by.
