Loved the hotel, felt like an old colonial styled placed, great surroundings so green and fresh. Loved that they were very aware of the planet so had refillable water jugs instead of plastic bottles, same with toiletries...balcony view was overlooking the pool with a gorgeous backdrop...Will stay again
In addition to the large size of the suite, there is no service and quality worth looking forward to. The hotel is located in a remote location with a one-way street in front of the door, making it inconvenient to get in and out. There is no sense of service or smile at the front desk. The two people are chatting all the time, even if you have been standing in front of them for a long time. I booked a suite. If I live in such a remote area and don't make the room larger, it will really be useless. The breakfast was too simple, with very few hot dishes. One customer picked up a plate of papaya and never received a replacement. The fruit plate remained empty. The restaurant was in a dark underground space and had a musty smell. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but there are a lot of fallen leaves and no one is swimming. I checked out quickly after two nights.

Good location and good treatment. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it is always impeccable. Their employees are very friendly and the individual rooms have a small bed but larger than the standard one, which is ideal for resting. They recently renovated the pool and jakuzzy area and now it is wonderful. A place to disconnect and have everything at hand because it is very central.
Good location, big room with balcony. Friendly staff.
But there were some great minuses… The towels were dirty, with someone’s hair inside! The trash bin in toilet was not emptied after previous guests. That was totally disgusting!
The room is very clean, the transportation is convenient, there is spa downstairs, there is a supermarket chain within 10 minutes walk, it is very cool to buy seafood and cook it, suitable for family travel, it is very suitable to take a cruise ship in Tenerife
3-bed room, can live, facilities are older, sound insulation is not very good, in the city center, near Plaza de España, parked in the nearby public paid parking lot by the sea.
The sanitation, environment and services are all very good, but the facilities have some shortcomings: there is a bathtub in my room. When the bathtub was waterproofed, there was a very loud resonance for the first time. I had to turn another handle on and off to eliminate it. It is not a big problem, but it can be regarded as a flaw.
Modern hotel, well maintained, the bedroom had more than what I needed (all furniture: desk and chair, armchair and tea table, tv, wardrobe, bedside tables). Beautiful shower and big sink area and mirrors. Good service and security at reception.
The strange thing is that I didn't notice any bathroom ventilation, which I'd expect if the bathroom has no window as it was the case.
About noise, if you're visiting during the Carnival, the location is super central so obviously this also means you can't have a decent quality sleep (even if you're at the top floors and not over the park), which can be disappointing as the hotel isn't cheap.

GGrahamGreat location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.
秃秃头蒟蒻It takes an average of 40 minutes to 1 hour to drive from the north to the south.
The surrounding facilities are complete, with large shopping malls and supermarkets, which are very convenient.
The bedroom is acceptable, but the floor looks old, but it is fine with slippers. There is a bathtub, which I highly recommend. Parking in the hotel parking lot is 15 per day, but if you don't want to pay, you can also find a parking space on the road, but it is more troublesome. Also, the hotel parking lot is very, very, very hard to find. It is recommended to contact the staff in advance and send you a photo

GGuest UserA really lovely little hostel is a great town location. The star were very friendly & helpful and showed me the facilities when checked in. The room was small, but had everything I needed & the bed was comfortable & clean.
A great stop stop for a night or two :)
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do serve delicious meals, loved the servings of their breakfast, and being a coffee drinker, they have the most delicious one there. The location in the Center of the city, the beach is 30 minutes with the public transport 5 minutes walk from the hotel. By car it’s 10-15 minutes. A perfect spot to go for evening walks. The area feels very safe in the evening, the city Center is very lively even during the week days. The area is Perfect for people travelling alone and couples or even families.
GGuest UserThe breakfast included was only a small muffin and I booker fir a bed in a dorm of twi but I was actually in a dorm of 4. Had a great experience somehow. The staff and the people staying there were very nice and the check in was easy.
AAlzy32I recently stayed at Hotel Océano Centro in Vigo. The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome. The hotel’s location is great, situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Vigo’s streets and beautiful waterfront. My room was quite modern and spacious with a comfortable bed. I would recommend the Hotel Océano Centro whether you’re visiting Vigo for business or leisure.
