We boekten dit hotel vanwege goede recensies We bezoeken veel hotels dus veel ervaring Ik snap bij dit hotel de beoordeling van andere bezoekers deels want het merendeel heeft een oudere leeftijd en kwa ontbijt andere eisen. Ik kijk ook vanuit horeca ogen naar het ontbijt Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie en volgens mij ooit een erg christelijk hotel geweest gezien de beelden in de gangen Alles is duidelijk oud,maar alles is aardig goed bijgehouden en schoon Kamer zijn ruim en in ons geval helaas muf Wel goede schone badkamer met zowel bad als douche Personeel erg aardig wat zeker helpt bij de like factor Dan het ontbijt want dit vind ik helaas een minpunt Ontbijt is boven in hotel met panorama uitzicht wat erg leuk is Echter viel het ontbijt erg tegen Droog brood,geen croissants geen zoetigheid zoals een muffin of chocolade broodje Fruit gesneden komt uit verpakking en dat proef je Personeel was erg aardig en onze dochter kreeg nog een mini milky way maar vrees dat dit echt niet goedmaakt aan gemis van zoet bij ontbijt buffet Hoeveel moeite is het om gewoon even wat zoete broodjes toe te voegen,dit zou het ontbijt zoveel beter maken! Wat wel een dikke plus verdient is het wellness gedeelte Fijn zwembad met erbij grote sauna en stoombad Ik zou vanwege het ontbijt en de helaas beetje troosteloze omgeving niet terug komen hier maar wil zeker een plus geven voor vriendelijkheid en wellness

The hotel Georg has tried to create something special with a lot of colour. Each room is differently painted, even in the breakfast room it is colourful. I start with the positive: the young man who was present at breakfast was friendly. The bed was acceptable. The tea was good: loose tea, no tea bag. Breakfast on Sunday was simple, but it was all there. It was clean. Otherwise facilities cheap, charm of the seventies. Defected rollers, in the bathroom one of the two radiators defect. We arrived on Saturday night, we saw no one except that young man. On Sunday, the phone sounded ”how do we do with the pay, there is no one tomorrow, breakfast is no one”... We have never really been so bad for this price, certainly will not come back!

I always stay at this hotel. I have already booked again. Nice staff, everything is clean. I can recommend the Ibis Budget Dortmund West to anyone. I can't say more, everything is OK, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back.
