This hotel will be quite smart once finished. There was a lot of building work going on during the day. Luckily work stopped at 5pm and we had left before it started the next morning. As another reviewer posted 1 st floor rooms are convenient reachable by lift. The rooms are quite small but perfectly comfortable . Good shower. Good Wi-Fi . Good sized double room for single occupancy. There is secure underground parking which for now is free of charge. The bar area is attractive and comfortable . All the staff from reception to service are friendly, helpful and professional. The location is very good being only 400m from the S Bahn just some 20 mins from the city centre. It is also close to the Autobahn network. The breakfast buffet included in the price was very good . Good value for money

Although the room is not big, there are really not many hotels in Munich and surrounding areas that include free parking spaces 🅿️, the ability to cook your own meals in the room 🍳, and are not expensive 💰. The rooms in this hotel are very clean, there is an elevator 🛗, and there is a large supermarket near the hotel 🏬. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities, the price is reasonable, and the price is very high 👍The hotel staff 👩💼 are very nice, during check-in and stay During this period, I encountered many questions and would send emails to consult the administrators. They would answer quickly and even recommend delicious places to eat near the hotel🍽️. When checking in at the hotel, you need to enter passenger information on a self-service machine. There are many things I don't know how to operate, but the staff always helped me with a smile. When leaving the hotel, it is very convenient to throw the room card directly into the box next to the self-service machine. For tourists who come to Munich by car, I really recommend choosing this place.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Makram Rezgani, were exceptional in making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. When I checked out in a hurry and left two items in my room, Makram Rezgani went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my items not being found initially, he personally took my details and assured me he would keep me updated. To my surprise, Makram had located my items and even went the extra mile to mail them to me promptly as I had already left for the airport. His outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional hospitality.

The hotel is Unterhaching outside Munich city. The nearest train station is 10 minutes by walk. There is free parking lot. Room is large, clean and comfortable with small kitchen. However, kitchen ware is not in the room. It's at reception with fee. Breakfast is served on the gtound floor. It's very good.

We (I, wife and 3 children) arrived almost midnight from 14/8, with the reception closed. Panic, but called the receptionable has made us have the keys by digiting a code on a numerical keyboard. The hotel is located in a very clean, strategic location, 300 metres from the line metro station U5 Neuperlach Süd. The hotel has a covered garage for guests. The rooms were very nice and really clean. A little tight bed, but it's a habitual issue, in any case it's really to be advised.

This hotel is quite a way out of Munich but it was easy to get to a metro and train station (very short walk past some construction). We had lovely big clean rooms and the best breakfasts of our holiday here! There was so much choice and even a very nice lady making fresh omelette in the morning. All the staff were friendly but it did seem that they were out to get money where possible, for example, umbrellas had to be hired and having paid to park in the small car park as guests we then found that there was a special offer for all weekend parking used by locals meaning that it was almost impossible to park safely. If you want big rooms, a great breakfast and don't mind a commute into munich then this is ideal.

Clean and comfortable hotel with good connections. Affordable price (especially if you use the cafe/supermarket that is located in the same building). The rooms are modern and nice. Have to mention about the big shower space - awesome. The staff could be a little more friendlier but it is up to par with German hospitality 😅. I would recommend to get familiar with the hotel info because noticed some people giving bad reviews about this place just because they didn't know how things work here. Like sun shades that CAN be opened with a single button inside the room. Also, there is quite a nice shopping mall inside a 5-minute subway trip or 20-minute walk. Really good gym for a hotel. The breakfast is good (though a little bit expensive 23€). The pizzas in the restaurant inside the hotel are really good. Good choice - if you don't want to stay in hotels located in the city center.
