GGuest UserIch habe vom 28.02. auf den 01.03.23 in Zimmer 215 übernachtet. Der Checkin verlief schnell und freundlich. Leider erhielt ich die falsche Information bezüglich der Sauna- diese sollte bereits (15:30 Uhr) geöffnet sein. Als ich gegen kurz nach 17:00 Uhr in die Sauna wollte, heizte diese gerade erst auf. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern. Allerdings, bauartbedingt, sehr klein. Besonders das Badezimmer ist mini und bietet kaum Abstellflächen. Das WLAN ist recht stabil, stößt aber scheinbar Abends an seine Kapazitäten. Da dieses Zimmer zur Eingangsseite/ Straßenseite/ Parkplatzseite liegt, war es in den Morgenstunden recht laut - aber mit Ohropax konnte das Fenster geöffnet bleiben. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider fehltem dem TV viele TV Programme. Der Fitness-/ Saunabereich wirkt dagegen etwas lieblos und ist zudem nicht voneinander getrennt. Insgesamt ist der Bereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen war leider eine Katastrophe. Ich bestellte die knusprige Maispoulardenbrust auf Kirschtomatengemüse und Rösti. Erhalten habe ich eine trockene Poularde, ohne Knusperhaut und fettigen Reibekuchen. Ich habe nur etwas von der Poularde gegessen und den Teller zurückgehen lassen. Dies wurde vom Service zwar entschuldigt- mehr aber auch nicht. Beim bezahlen wurde der volle Preis von €17,50 berechnet. Auf Nachfrage, ob das ernst gemeint sei, erhielt ich nur JA als Antwort. Da ich, als Platin-Member bei Hotmiles, regelmäßig in H Hotels übernachte, kann ich sagen, dass die Küchenleistung in Brühl bisher am schlechtesten aller von mir besuchten H Hotels ist. Es gab nicht einmal die sonst üblichen Brottaler mit Dipps. Das Frühstück entsprach dem typischen H Hotels Standard und war gut. Schade nur, dass die Säfte aus Konzentrat und Wasser bestehen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder auswählen, allerdings einen großen Bogen um das Abendessen und den unkulanten Service dort machen.

Nice room design, single room was spacious enough and bed fairly comfortable.
I loved the restaurant: great food (in particular dinner, but free breakfast was quite nice as well) and they have nice outdoor seating (backside, away from the main street).
Only downside was that they had major issues with air-conditioning and the whole system was not working (hopefully solved soon as I was told a technician would come next day). In the first room I got, the aircon kept making an annoying noise (even turned off). Fortunately, reception gave me another room (still no aircon but at least no noise). The last room on the 3rd floor had huge windows which could be opened like doors, so the room cooled down sufficiently during night anyway.

Very Good
I had to stay here durring a fair in Dusselsdorf. After a 40 minutes drive I arrived in a place that was absolutely beautiful. The buildings and its gardens are absolutely beautiful. I had a very large and spotless clean room. The lobby and the restaurant are very cosy, and breakfast very good. At the end was was looking like a very stressful trip ended being relaxing and agreeable.

GGuest UserExcellent location right on the Rhine, to reach good restaurants walking. Ordinary room size with view of the river, modern clean bathroom. Friendly staff and breakfast buffet everything you need. In general, it is fully recommendable!

CCyberSeppoHere you will be welcomed warmly by the family torment and feel welcome as a guest immediately. The house has become our fixed accommodation address in the region and shows that a family-run hotel has always the nose in front of the hotel chains.

I was on trips in this area and accidentally made a stop in this hotel. Very nice receptionist had the service on this day. Now to the room, it is very spacious, very clean and above all the bed is comfortable. I usually do not beat well at night but the bed in this hotel is simply top. Just recommend. This hotel offers for me everything you need from my perspective. Therefore, I have a full score.

HHelmut HDer Standort des Hotels liegt unweit zur AB 1 . Vor der Hoteleinfahrt befindet sich eine Tankstelle; dahinter eine große Fastfoodkette. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Servus ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft bei Problemen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind kostenlos in ausreichender Menge vorhanden.

Fabulous. Service. Location. Family owned and restaurant/bar and most importantly team I visited the hotel during my summer tourism in Germany. Bruhl is a beautiful central city indeed. The hotel is amazingly located between a tram line and Sbahn lines which are both centrally located within 4/7 mins walk to the central main station of koln. Several banks, shops and also the Main Street next to the palace are next to the hotel. I woke every single morning during my stay of 9 or 10 nights to walk to a different coffee shop including the fabulous hotel restaurant to get my morning coffee. I had to change rooms during my stays because I extended my stay but In both stays they offered me better and better rooms. My last room had a garden/terrace. I wish they took better care of that terrace though but still it was so good and hospitable. My dog loved it 😂 restaurant food is amazing. It is a family business where you will defo see the manager and his wife wir their dogs ❤️❤️😍😍😍 and you must meet the amazing ayoub at the reception when you check in or out or even during your stay. Booooook. Visit the hotel and enjoy

The bedroom is perfect for single travelers or assembly rooms. You have everything you need and very modern furnishings! As their motto also called ”sleep and good” it has certainly done this, if you want to have breakfast you can do this in the hotel on the Rhine. The bedroom has no own reception that runs all about the hotel on the Rhine but also that is Total easy thought and finally just 800m away.
