Find the Cheap Reichertshofen Hotels

Verbleef hier 1 nacht op onze route naar het zuiden. Prima en schoon hotel, erg goed ontbijt. Er zijn wel wat minpunten. Het hotel zat verre van vol, maar vraag me echt af of men voldoende parkeerplaatsen heeft als dat wel zo is. Ook de airco werkte niet. Het is een soort zeer oud (in een nieuw hotel!) kastje aan de muur waar je niks mee kon verzetten. Kreeg het het niet koel, wat irritant was in de zomer. Ook het feit dat er aan het eind van de middag (zoals wel benoemd bij boeking) geen personeel is, is minder. Personeel wat er de volgende ochtend was, verveelde zich ook maar wat. Kortom, meer dan 1 nacht moet je hier niet blijven.

Struttura e camere nuove, arredamento gradevole con dettagli curati, letto comodo, enorme TV, bagno grande e comodo. Tutto pulitissimo anche la moquette. Comoda l'entrata con serratura a codice. Posizione perfetta vicina all'autostrada con Burger King e pasticceria/bar a un passo dall'albergo. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gentile e competente il ragazzo alla reception ma si può fare il check-in anche su macchinetta digitale. Non ho da segnalare difetti o disagi.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and infuriated I am with the appalling service I received at this 4 stars hotel (it is a joke 4 star with this kind of service). My stay, which should have been a pleasant experience, was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the senior manager, who demonstrated a complete lack of respect for customers. My ordeal began on September 7th when I checked in, having booked a room rate that clearly included breakfast. The front desk staff insisted on a deposit or full payment upfront, I totally understood on this and I opted to pay in full, expecting no further issues. However, on September 8th, during check-out, I was slapped with an additional charge of EUR 18.80. Why, you ask? Well, the hotel had arbitrarily split the bill into two parts, one for accommodation and another for breakfast, without any prior notification. Given that this was a business trip, my company policy stipulates a single transaction on one credit card. So, I requested a simple reversal and consolidation of the charges into one transaction as per our booking. Shockingly, the front desk staff flatly refused to accommodate my request. When I insisted on speaking with the front desk manager, the manager come out and did not introduce herself, she is with a long golden hair. Of course, I expected senior staff should be able to accommodate my simple request or at least give me a good explanation why cannot, but it did not go what I expect, in fact, the situation went from bad to worse. Mandy Wunderlich, who I later discovered was the general manager based on her photo online, exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of addressing the issue rationally, she raised her voice, used aggressive body language, and shouted at us to ”Go, Go!” This behavior was not only embarrassing but entirely unacceptable for a hotel that boasts a four-star rating. I was left astounded by this encounter. If a hotel's general manager, who is expected to set an example for the entire staff, behaves in such an appalling manner, it's no wonder the rest of the team lacks courtesy and professionalism. Individuals like Mandy should not hold senior positions in the service industry, tarnishing the reputation of the hotel and leaving guests with unforgettable negative experiences. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by abysmal service and a shocking display of unprofessionalism from the senior management. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and explore other options. This establishment does not deserve your hard-earned money, and its management should be held accountable for their disgraceful conduct.

It seems incredible that having the agency booked the room in advanced and already paid, when I arrive close to midnight they guy in the reception tells me with a Smile ”I have bad news for you... we are over booked”. At the beggining I thought it was a JOKE but no. I'm travelling everyweek to ingolstadt and normally always stay in other hotels and this had never happened. To Top it all, they wanted me to pay for the room in the other hotel (which they got on the moment by calling to other hotels... not in advance knowing that this would hapen) that they would refund the agency (which I said not) and then showed me a picture of the other Hotel and said ”ok its here”. I had to argue so that they paid the taxi to get me there and not knowing that I understand German, the Guy started discussing with the taxi driver becasue 9 Euros was too much for them to pay. Finally they told me ok just go and we will take care of the taxi but imagine what happened when I arrive to the other hotel... the taxi driver told me that they didn't agree on nothing so I had to pay it myslef as clearly from what I heard the Taxi driver didn't have any fault. Its terrible that they overbook an already paid room but even worse that they do not inform in advance or take care of everything in advance... basically they overbook the rooms and hope for a no show and when problems arrive they try to solve it whith an ounce of respect for the customer. p.s. And to reeinforce this... they guy says... we have to customers arriving in the morning and they also don't have bedrom.... as an excuse not to find a solution in the hotel for me... Its a shame that things like this still happen nowadays.

We arrived too early because the reception was open only at 16:30. No problem beautiful city to walk through when we were checked out was the room okay if you are 1.80 or longer you have to be at the entrance of your room (thans at us) buck stop contact next to my bed it just didn't Airco nor WC door move you close but seated openings on the side so you see a huge lot of restaurant no recommend I had mix grill was just plastic everything as cooked as what Even the bacon was not good If dessert 2x the crepe it was the smallest thin crepe I ever had Have seen and sat a little sugar and cane on was hardly to try there have also had 20 minutes oo waiting on that crepe But for the rest it's okay We have stayed there a day as a journey
