Es war alles okay. Sehr zufrieden.

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, ausreichend großem Fernseher, schönem Bad mit allem was man braucht und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem kleinem Waschbecken einen ausreichend großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb von Augsburgs Innenstadt welche sich aber mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen lässt. Dadurch das dass Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet befindet ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt in dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und das Zimmer könnte ruhig auch etwas öfter gereinigt können denn es wurde bei meinem Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Trotz dessen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen welcher ein günstiges Hotel sucht aber nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late.

The staff on duty at the counter is only until 10pm. If the time is exceeded, you can only contact with an emergency phone, which is relatively not very convenient. In addition, when checking in, the automatic check-in machine at the door failed, and the whole check-in was delayed for a long time, but the service staff actively helped to deal with it.

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et propre, bon petit déjeuner. Animaux admis. Restaurant sur place. Tout était parfait.

I was at the hotel and I get other 3keys when I personally booked for 4 room !!! I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked

This hotel is a self-service hotel with no front desk and no waiters. A little uncomfortable. Other aspects of the accommodation experience k, the price is not bad.

Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time

The hotel staff has a good service attitude and good health, but there is no refrigerator in the room, breakfast is OK, there is free parking, there is an outlet next to it, and the supermarket is far away.
