Excellent
We stayed at the country house on the way to Spain so that we could see Eltz Castle in the morning. We received a nice welcome and a friendly, rustic room with plenty of space. The country house is on the outskirts of town, had plenty of parking spaces and a restaurant with an outdoor area that also serves breakfast. However, due to our early departure, we did not choose this option. Otherwise, there were no points of criticism: the room, bed and bathroom were perfect. The balcony from the hallway also has a nice view of the surrounding area. Conclusion: Good value for money considering the location - we would come back anytime.

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel un d waren sehr zufrieden. Das Komfortzimmer war sehr schön mit seitlichen Moselblick und trotz der dritten Etage gut gedämmt (Wärme) und sehr ruhig. Ohne zu fragen wurde uns wegen der hohen Außentemperaturen ein Turmlüfter auf das Zimmer gestellt 👍 Das Personal war sehr freundlich,immer ein Lächeln und ein freundliches Wort obwohl unterbesetzt. Tolles Essen jeden Tag und ganz besonders die Torten im Café sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir danken allen Mitarbeitern das wir so schöne Tage dort verleben durften.

GGuest UserSpent one night and that was probably one night too many. The person who checked us in was polite as previous guests have stated but the hotel (if you want to call it that) is something in it current condition should be avoided. The problem with the area is that there are few hotels that are a). Available, b). reasonably priced for what you will get. We took a chance and did not expect much, but got even less. Problems. 1. Run down. The decor got stuck in the mid 80s. It just looks like my grandmothers attic. 2. Dark stairwell which you will have to haul your stuff up at least two or three flights of stairs. 3. Had no warm water for a morning shower 4. Breakfast is Spartan (dry brotchen, a plate of salami and ham, some cheese, strong coffee and juice. We made due but probably one of the least sumptuous breakfast we have had in a while 5. There is construction going on in the establishment and it starts around 7:30am / 8:00 am. 6. Bedroom furniture had kid stickers on it. Like it was purchased in an estate sale and they did not bother to take the kids who grew up in the bed stickers off 7. Hangers in the shrank were as if they got them from C&A and Kaufland or other department store off of some clothes they bought in 1982. 8. The towels were like sand paper. They had been lined dried but like for 10 years. Not something you would want to rub across your skin. 9. Walls were thin. The one good note is that the bed was comfortable. Honestly, I think the price point should have been half of what we paid. I wish the owner well, hope he fixes the things that need fixing. It has a great location but if I were to stay again, he would have to pay me.

Perfect stay on our European roatrip. Easy to park, comfortable accommodation, 15 min walk into Bendorf where you can find a great square with italian restaurants in which serve great food! We didn't have the breakfast there as we instead drove 5 mins into town to a great bakery cafe which serves tasty pastries, bread rolls and super coffee.

Dem Hotel würde ich eigentlich die Note gut geben. Da es die Note bei Tripadviser aber nicht gibt, muss ich halt mit ”befriedigend” bewerten, da es ein ”sehr gut” nicht ist. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Es hatte eine Sitzecke mit Sofa, Sessel und Tisch. Außerdem ein Schreibtisch mit TV, Wasserkocher und Tassen. Außerdem gab es einen großen Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer war schön hell, man konnte es aber durch die Vorhänge sehr dunkel machen. Kostenloses Wlan. Im Bad gab es eine Dusche, Handtücher, Seife und einen Fön. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab ein Buffett mit Brötchen, versch. Wurst und Käse, Joghurt, Müsli, gekochte Eier, Marmelade, Honig. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber man wurde satt und es hat geschmeckt. Wir haben für ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück 99,- EUR bezahlt. Das finde ich in Ordnung. Was wir nicht so gut fanden, waren die Betten. Die Matratzen waren extrem hart. Ich weiß, dass jeder eine andere Matratzenhärte bevorzugt, aber diese waren doch extrem hart. Wir haben jedenfalls nicht gut geschlafen. Was ich auch nicht so gut fand, war, dass es nur eine angefangene Toilettenpapierrolle gab. Keine Ersatzrolle. Keine Ahnung, ob in dem Hotel die Ersatzrollen ständig geklaut werden und deshalb keine zusätzlich hinlegen. Da die Rezeption aber nicht 24 Stunden offen ist, kann das zum Problem werden. Wenn nur eine Rolle, dann wenigstens eine, die noch nicht angefangen wurde. Wegen den Matratzen würde ich hier wahrscheinlich nicht mehr übernachten. Für jemanden, den eine harte Matratze nicht stört, ist das Hotel (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.

Super top Hotel. Vom Empfangsbereich bis zur Bar mir eisgekühlten Getränken in der opulent gestalteten Lodgia alles perfekt. Zimmer mehr als großzügig gestaltet, vor allem eine Dusche, welche von der Größe Ihres gleichen sucht. Besonders hervorzuheben, der Manager, der mit seiner freundlichen sympathischen Umgangsform einem direkt das Gefühl gibt willkommen zu sein.
