Op basis van de retenties voor dit doorreis hotel gekozen voor de reis van Oostenrijk naar Duitsland. Familie kamer met stapelbed. De matrassen van bed waren zacht, daar houden wij niet van. Mijn vrouw heeft om deze reden in stapelbed gelegen. Internet verbinding was matig. Badkamer voldoet, kleine douche cabine met gezellig Duits-werk licht. S'avonds in hotel gegeten, prima. Wij hadden familie menu. was prima en voldoende met een redelijke prijs. Overige gerechten vond in aan de hoge kant; richting 30Euro voor hoofdgerecht. Onbijt viel wat tegen. Ik had gelezen dat er smoothies zouden zijn. Dat was niet het geval. Ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid. maar ook niet meer dan dat. Voor de kleine kinderen was er ook een speelkamer. Leuk. Verder was alles netje schoon, zoals je mag verwachten. Plaatsje is leuk voor een avond wandeling.

…and dreadful staff. Close to Legoland, but a little off the beaten track and reasonable pricing. Target group are mainly families visiting Legoland. Best advice (except other hotel): Lock your door while you are in room ! Just checked in, dropped the luggage and was on my way to the shower when housekeeping walks in unannounced. And this happened twice in a 3ngt/stay once while do not disturb was signaled. pro: location price free parking cons: staff breakfast cleanliness

Room was basic and mattress ok. Pillow was of no use whatsoever. Nothing in it and only one. Very inconsiderate delivery driver parked his lorry outside our window with fridge running at 6am. You can turn the fridge off when making deliveries! Restaurant was ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for someone to take drinks order when not particularly busy. When we asked staff to take order, we were just ignored. Several times this happened. This continued though out the night. Got the impression they didn’t like people from the UK as the locals were getting prompt service. Should have gone to Burger King next door. Wouldn’t recommend

We enjoyed a night there and I have to say centrally located next to the motorway as a resting house with connected motel really to be called good. Eat good, service friendly, price Eat & Drinking not cheap but within the framework. Room price OK and rooms themselves are not mega modern or newly furnished but useful and it is clean. All in all right 👍and in addition not mentioned far away from Legoland 😁😉

Kamer zeer gehorig, enorm warm en onmogelijk om een raam open te zetten, want ligt langs een speelhal en daar waren tot diep in de nacht mensen lawaai aan het maken. En de kamers liggen vlak tegen een zeer drukke weg. Staat van de kamer ook bedenkelijk, kapotte gordijnen, zeer gedateerd,… Maar ok, dat was het minste. Want mensen, als jullie toch besluiten hier te overnachten, vergeet er dan alsjeblieft niets! Wij waren onze AirPods vergeten, we hebben onderweg naar huis dadelijk gebeld naar het hotel, want bij AirPods zie je de huidige locatie, dus we waren 100% zeker dat ze nog in de kamer lagen, dit werd ook bevestigd door iemand van het hotel, de AirPods werden voor ons in de safe bewaard, we moesten enkel nog ons adres doorgeven en 25 euro betalen en dan stuurden ze ze op. Na heel wat gebel en ge-email kregen we ook via mail bevestiging dat ze de AirPods zouden versturen. Een tijdje later namen we opnieuw contact op omdat we nog niets ontvangen hadden en toen begon het: plots hadden ze onze AirPods niet meer, we kregen een hoop vage verhalen en leugens te horen en heel wat frustraties later: onze AirPods nooit meer teruggezien! Dus bezin voor je hier boekt of vergeet er zeker niets. Das Zimmer ist sehr laut, sehr heiß und es ist unmöglich, ein Fenster zu öffnen, da es an einer Spielhalle liegt und dort bis spät in die Nacht Leute Lärm machten. Und die Zimmer liegen direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Auch der Zustand des Zimmers ist fragwürdig, kaputte Vorhänge, sehr veraltet,... Aber ok, das war das Mindeste. Denn Leute, wenn ihr euch entscheidet, hier zu übernachten, vergesst bitte nichts! Wir hatten unsere AirPods vergessen, wir haben sofort auf dem Heimweg das Hotel angerufen, denn bei AirPods sieht man den aktuellen Standort, also waren wir uns zu 100 % sicher, dass sie noch im Zimmer waren, das wurde auch von jemandem vom Hotel bestätigt, die AirPods wurden für uns im Safe aufbewahrt, wir mussten nur unsere Adresse weitergeben und 25 Euro bezahlen und dann schickten sie sie. Nach vielen An- und E-Mails erhielten wir auch eine Bestätigung per E-Mail, dass sie die AirPods schicken würden. Eine Weile später meldeten wir uns erneut, weil wir noch nichts erhalten hatten, und dann fing es an: Plötzlich hatten sie unsere AirPods nicht mehr, wir hörten viele vage Geschichten und Lügen und viele Frustrationen später: Wir haben unsere AirPods nie wieder gesehen! Denken Sie also nach, bevor Sie hier buchen, oder vergessen Sie nichts. Room very noisy, very hot and impossible to open a window, because it is next to a game hall and there were people making noise until late at night. And the rooms are right against a very busy road. Condition of the room also questionable, broken curtains, very dated,... But ok, that was the least. Because people, if you decide to spend the night here, please don't forget anything! We had forgotten our AirPods, we immediately called the hotel on the way home, because with AirPods you can see the

The adjacent bar and restaurant is not connected to the hotel. The frontdesk has no clue what is going on there. I was rejected to eat/drink due a to private party which the front desk was not aware about. There is a vending machine next to the reception, but it is ruining you. 2,5euro for a 0,25dl sparkling water! Nor was it refilled during my stay and it was almost empty. My room was not well prepared upon my 3 days stay. There was missing cups, glasses and Nespresso capsels. Nor soap in the shower. The beds are okay, but window fronting to the hotel entrance is too noisy. No Aircondition. Rooms are very warm. The room need maintenace, it does not look up to date. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I left the room quite early and put out the note telling the cleaners it was ready for them. Facing the reception to confront this issue, it occured that the reception was not manned and was only available by phone! The breakfast... Is a very simple hotel breakfast. Not worth the money, not even close. Free parking though.

Clean, hygienic, there are facilities for children to play downstairs. good.
