HORRORGESCHICHTE MIT OFFENEM ENDE! Wir waren vor ziemlich genau vor einem Jahr Gast in diesem Hotel. Wegen mangelhafter Sicherheitsvorrichtungen im Treppenhaus, war es ein sehr negativer Aufenthalt für uns. Siehe Bilder! Meine Tochter 2 Jahre alt, ist vom EG in den Keller 2,8 m Tiefe durch einen NICHT gesicherten Schacht im Treppenhaus gestürzt!! Wir sind sofort in die Notfallaufnahme in das umliegende Krankenhaus gefahren…mit Verdacht auf innerliche Blutungen und Gehirnerschütterung. Wir bangten um die Gesundheit unserer kleinen Tochter und waren völlig fertig. WIE KONNTE DAS PASSIEREN?! Ich stellte den Hotel Besitzer zur Rede, der ließ sich leider nur durch Herrn Torsten Trogisch vertreten ( Hotel Manager ). Am Morgen begrüßte Herr Meiser noch alle Gäste und setzte sich zu den Gästen, gibt es massive Probleme, zieht man sich aus der Verantwortung. Wir hatten ein aufklärendes Gespräch mit dem Hotel Manager Torsten Trogisch, er verharmloste den Vorwurf nicht ausreichende Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Treppenhaus getroffen zu haben. „Das ist noch nie passiert, dass hier jemand runter gefallen ist!“ damit sollte ich mich als Familienvater von 2 Kleinkindern zufrieden geben. Ich war total aufgelöst und war völlig von der Rolle, weil wir erst 48-60 Stunden später wüssten wie es wirklich um unsere kleine Tochter steht. Es war eine HORRORGESCHICHTE und eine unglaublich angespannte Phase in unserem Leben. Herr Torsten Trogisch eröffnete das Gespräch, dass man sich schon mit Ihren Rechtsanwälten beraten hat und keine Schuld sieht. Natürlich werden Sie hier eine Maßnahme treffen, damit so etwas nicht mehr passieren könnte. In diesem Moment war mir alles KLAR! Das Angebot, welches ein Nachholen unseres Wochenende beinhaltete, war nach Aufforderung des Gutscheines, vergessen! „Dieses Entgegenkommen für unseren Horrortag wäre niemals besprochen worden!“ Wir haben uns Hilfe gesucht bei einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei und werden jetzt unsere Ansprüche über einen Anwalt geltend machen, da uns die Reaktion von Herrn Torsten Trogisch zu tiefst enttäuscht haben.

I stayed there for business and a company event. The room was excellent with a balcony and air conditioning. All was new and modern and nothing to complain about. The food was good and breakfast buffet offers everything for every taste. The hotel lies a bit outside Dinkelsbühl, app. 800 m to get to the city center, so not too far. In contrast to all the historic building this is a contrast to major accomodation you find in Dinkelbühl. It is ultra modern. Parking is very easy there is a parking facility opposite the hotel. There are major constructions going on in the distance, but as the parking garage is between this, no trouble at all. The outside area is nice and the bar is very good and offers a vast range of cocktails. So this is a very modern hotel near one of the most prettiest medieval towns in Germany. Good for bigger group. And dogs are allowed.

We had a short two night stay here in August. The hotel was not busy due to the pandemic. However, we'd imagine it would be packed under normal circumstances, as it is a beautiful place in a central location. The building is old, but restored well, keeping some of the original architectural elements intact. We'd describe the interiors as modern rustic, which is very fitting for the picturesque town. Linens are clean, white and crisp. Bathrooms didn't come with many soaps or toilettries, but are immaculately cleaned. Wifi connection was strong. Some of the rooms are bigger and more spacious than others. Small windows frame views to adjacent roofs beautifully. A selection of wines and liqueurs for a decent price were stocked in our mini refrigerator. There is a small lift in the building, in case the stairs are not an option. The restaurant below was always busy - probably because the food is delicious, plus the outdoor heaters made dinners during the cool evenings much more bearable. Complimentary buffet breakfast came with a good selection of food and drinks, and cakes. We would definitely stay here again.
