"Advance payment on Ctrip two months in advance. However, a sum of money was collected when CHECK OUT later, and I did not pay attention. Fortunately, I found out that I had reconciled the credit card. Otherwise, I would have paid twice in vain. At that time, the hotel directly posted the bill without reminding it or seeing it. "Ich hatte nicht gewußt, dass das Hotel direkt an das Musical Theater des ”Starlight Express” angrenzt. Fand ich zumindest interessant, auch wenn ich mir keine Musicals anschaue. Gut fand ich schon bei der Ankunft, dass es direkt am Hotel Parkplätze gibt. Ich war früher am Hotel als der früheste Zeitpunkt des Eincheckens. Das war kein Problem und ich mußte nicht in der Lobby warten. Fand ich sehr positiv.
Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, ebenso wie das Bad und auch das Bett. Auch wenn das Zimmer direkt zum Autobahnzubringer lag, war der Verkehr nicht hörbar. Allerdings nur bei geschlossenem Fenster. Für Leute, die mit offenem Fenster schlafen, wird es laut! Das Frühstück war lecker und da war bestimmt für jeden etwas dabei. Einzig der Spa Bereich ist winzig. Im Saunabereich ist eigentlich nur Platz für max. 4 Leute: 2 in der Sauna, 2 auf der Ruheliegen.
Ein Wort noch zu Bochum. Ich war noch nie dort und ich freue mich immer auf meinen Reisen, die bereiste Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Vom Hotel sind es ca. 20Min bis in die Stadtmitte. Ich war total enttäuscht. An einem Sonntag Nachmittag war die City fast menschenleer. Vielleicht ist eine Auto freie Innenstadt nicht immer eine gute Idee...?"

"We could only make positive experiences with the Hotel Haus Vocke.
The receptionist has received us very friendly, the rooms were very clean and very clean and had really something of holiday feeling.

The advantages are that it is clean, the facilities are well maintained, the staff is friendly and greets you proactively, and the breakfast has a wide variety, which is great! The only downside is that it uses a traditional key, not a door card, and the door does not have an anti-theft buckle

However, it is recommended that you check and use the parking lot on weekends or public holidays. I use the nearby public underground parking lot together at the hotel, but the parking lot was not open on weekends and public holidays, so there was a problem with the entrance and exit.

MMiyathapaThe room equipment is very complete, because there is a small food bar, the kitchen utensils are very abundant, you can cook your own food, there is a supermarket nearby, and there is no problem purchasing ingredients and daily necessities. The restaurant has a variety of choices.
Long-term residents need to clean their own rooms, and spare parts can be obtained from the counter staff.
The staff is also very kind and suitable for short-term rentals or family stays. Convenient transportation to the subway station within about 7-8 minutes. There is also a market in the Holiday City Hall Square to stroll around.
Only ㄧ I hope that what can be improved is that the smell of the toilet drainage hole is more uncomfortable.

YYIThe location is very good, opposite the train station, next to the hotel is the subway, walking along the road is Bochum city centre. The hotel staff are very polite and have the strict style of the Germans. The room facilities are properly arranged, but compared to the majority of hotels in the country, and although the buffet breakfast is dazzling, but as the Chinese said that they are not used to eating, it is better to go back to the room to eat biscuits and drink juice.

The advantage is that it is right next to the Bochum train station, and the Bochum bus station is in the center of the city center, so it is convenient for everything, and you don't need to take a taxi or bus! The disadvantage is that in this era, WIFi is still charged? If you are over 1.8 meters tall, you can't turn around freely in the bathroom! The toilet and shower room are the same! Of course, the price is cheap, so these are not disadvantages!

SSezD0720Booked for 3 nights to attend a Rammstein concert in nearby Gelsenkirchen. A little out of the way (11km from Gelsenkirchen itself) but a really laid back atmosphere.
As my German is very rusty, I was grateful to see that several members of reception spoke English.
Although their website states they have a restaurant, it appears that it’s only a continental breakfast and no lunches or dinners available.
Anyone who has travelled to Germany, knows that a Sunday basically means hardly anywhere is open.
As a disabled traveller, walking into the local area was out of the question, so had to scramble to check food delivery apps to see who would actually be able to deliver.
This was frustrating to those who don’t drive in European countries or have the ability to walk very far.
However, the staff were very helpful and did try to assist where and whenever possible.
Should I return to this beautiful area of Germany, I would still wish to stay here, just knowing that you can breakfast here and eat out or have takeout delivered for lunch and dinner.
