The front desk lady was very friendly in her 40s, stayed for two days, breakfast was a uncle who didn't smile at all (seems to be completely unable to speak English), and the other day was a girl around 20 (English is not very good but very cute)

During my visit to Bad Homburg to see a friend, I stayed there for one night. I must say, it was truly a peaceful place. The spacious room with a balcony，the garden enveloped by trees, added to the tranquility of the experience. The breakfast, though simple, was plentiful and all the products were of high quality. Staff is nice. Thank you for providing such a delightful stay.

The presence of a larger group at breakfast made it incredibly loud, such groups should sit separately!
The advice in the bathroom to save water cannot be implemented, the amount of water in the shower is always at the highest level.
The temperature of the shower (digital) cannot be regulated, hot showers are not possible.
The faucet on the sink broke and fell apart.
The cables under the desk are ugly.
The fire protection door from the parking deck to the stairwell is defective, is always open! lack of security!
