Nice, clean, good breakfast buffet, dogs allowed Very centrally located, just a few minutes walk to the thermal, in the park or in the city centre. The parking is feeling further away. Unfortunately no safe in the room (good we had a dog with it). The lift is the biggest criticism point, the control has a pre-war character and needs to feel forever until it reacts once after the entrance. The breakfast buffet is extensive, for everyone there is something. The breakfast service staff are very emigrated and are trying to clean the free tables again for the next guest. The cleaning forces for the rooms are also very friendly and also fulfill special wishes (in the framework) That the building has seen better times, is aware of one at a walk on the balcony, small, the façade might need a renovation and the equipment is below standard. The bed is cozy and optional are more kits and ceilings available. The floor of the room seems to be a lenolium tape, after all clean. The bathroom has come in the years but here is also positive to mention the clean condition.

Stayed there for one night in a superior room. Decided to take this room because of the bed size as most of the beds in the other rooms only have a width of 160 cm which is for 2 adults rather small. Rooms are nice and clean. BUT: for the staff there is a lot space to improve. They are NOT friendly and NOT helpful. Got the feeling that no-one in this hotel has an education in the hotel or restaurtant business. I think they really need to be trained better, because this is a real drawback.

We spent three nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. We were a group of fifteen on a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is family run and owned and that was very evident. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and spacious, with a fabulous shower room and nice toiletries . There is small bar and terrace area and a cosy lounge with free coffee and excellent cake. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and included scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt and delicious breads. For bikers, the parking is just perfect; secure and safe and on the same level as reception. The area has many nice restaurants and is a perfect base to explore the Black Forest. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for a wonderful stay.

We were in this hotel for 3 nights for a group tour in the black forest, we stayed here and we moved on several stages in the day. Slightly decentralized, but still close to several supermarkets. Clean and quite modern rooms. Essential and unexcessful breakfast....ma you could give more. Doulent notes? I'm going with the list: 1. Personal reception scortey and unavailable (I asked for a further couch and they answered that nn had 🙄..... ; they gave me a further shower fabric and the day after I took it again, arguing that the towels were to be 2+2 for each room and not more .....mah . Please understand!!!!); 2. At any request nn I pointed to myself how many times they sbuffed and raised their eyes to the sky; 3. This is a real girl ....My husband dropped for breakfast at 8.10 and he was told that for the group breakfast was served from 6.30 to 8.00 and not later ....N.B the breakfast hours were from 6.30 to 10, 00.....QUINDI??? Why THIS DIFERENCE????? GOOD GOODS ARE CLOSED ..... Then we found that breakfast from 8.00 to then was rich with more food ..... CHE SCHIFO!!! However, spared and little available ... I wouldn't come back ....

The reception was warm and nice, the atmosphere friendly. There were three menus to select which were not all very cheap but it could also be left away individual gangs. Of course I wanted to try everything. Unfortunately, the salad was served directly with nuts and almonds, which I had not seen on the map, but since I am very allergic, it was exchanged directly against one without nuts. The curry soup surprised me because it tasted some acidic and I found it not so suitable to the actual curry taste. The meat was excellent, very delicious, very gentle ... the beans very bitch-fest. The dessert was also supplied with nuts, was not shown on the map, true disgust from me. There was after that, really very sweet thought, a praline as finish .....so Nougat (consisted in nuts), as I couldn't eat, I was brought another, really nice. Overall, the food was good but the menu wouldn't be like that, rather then a la Carte ... would also be much more relaxed for people with allergies. Even with us, the beet was exchanged more often and then exchanged again ... Glass was cleared but not all of us and unfortunately it was a little unrest. I would find it helpful if ingredients were actually marked on the map so that we can talk about what is going on or not, certainly the whole atmosphere is coming. Despite all, all staff were very friendly, premature and kind.

Staff gets A+ for service. Janice at reception was so helpful with every request. Food here is excellent. Recommend the Caesar Salad. Room is large, brand new and clean. Bar open 24/7. Good location of you want to explore Black Forest. Definitely recommend.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Concorde war wirklich unvergesslich. Ausreichend Parkplätze sorgten von Anfang an für Komfort, ergänzt durch einen herzlichen Empfang und äußerst aufmerksames Personal. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Engagement des Serviceteams, das nicht nur sehr sehr gute Cocktails zubereitete, sondern auch ein ausgeprägtes Interesse daran zeigte, die Wünsche der Kunden zu erfüllen. Das Teams ist sehr lebhaft und sie leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Immer gut gelaunt und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Das gesamte Team zeigte jederzeit Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft. Das reichhaltige Frühstück bot eine unglaubliche Vielfalt, verschiedene Brotsorten und was ich am besten fand, war, dass sie ihr eigenes hausgemachtes Brot und auch köstlichen Kuchen backten. Das Team sorgte stets für das, was fehlte und sorgte für alles Nötige, um morgens mit Energie und einer prise Liebe und guter Laune in den Tag zu starten. Das Hotelrestaurant verfügt über eine kleine Speisekarte, die jedoch den Geschmack der Gäste trifft und für den Preis eine zufriedenstellende Portion bietet. (Obwohl ich glaube, dass sie das Potenzial für ein breiteres Menü haben) Preise sind ok. Was ich sehr interessant fand, war der Blick auf den Flugbetrieb, den man sowohl von der Fensterfront des Restaurants als auch von der modernen Terrasse genießen kann. Wann bekommt man schon mal einen Blick in greifbarer Nähe auf kleine Sportflugzeuge, größere Privatjets und Helikopter. Der moderne Zigarren Lounge verlieh dem Erlebnis einen Hauch von Raffinesse. Die Lounge war ein attraktiver Ort, sehr gemütlich und mit einer großen Auswahl an Zigaretten, Rum, Whiskey und Cocktails für einen angenehmen Abend. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, modern und überraschend ruhig, sogar mit Blick auf die Straße konnten wir eine erholsame Nacht verbringen. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine gute Kaffeemaschine und Mineralwasser. Die Zimmerreinigung war gut und es gibt auch ein System namens Green Choise, was ich persönlich für eine wirklich coole Initiative hielt. Gäste haben die Möglichkeit, auf den Zimmerservice zu verzichten und einen Getränkegutschein für ein Getränk ihrer Wahl zu erhalten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel Concorde weiter.
