The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beauty of the city, it is close at hand. Here you will experience intimate service, comfortable accommodation and delicious breakfast.

It is a nice and pretty new hotel with a great location. There is a good space for bikes, a nice kids-place and great animators that help with kids too. But there are several things that should be improved: 1. Staff at the reception is pretty average and if there is an issue e.g. with AC as we had, they have no clue how to fix it and they even had some attitude 2. The worst experience was with the manager of their restaurant - he was very arrogant and extremely focused on money, he has some ”favourite rich” guests and he was taking care of them and he was overlooking others on purpose. When he broke the glass and I told him that I put some sharp fragments on the side since he left them there, he didn't even say thank you and didn't apologize, etc. 3. You have to pay for every single thing there e.g. parking is not included 4. I didn't like the breakfast at all - there were so many flies, you have to go grab food downstairs and walk back up afterwards, many people in the small space, etc.

Nice location, rooms ok, breakfast great. Unfortunately, a spa area is advertised, but as a hotel guest you have to pay extra for it. Therefore the hotel can be described as overpriced.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Cesky Krumlov. As a family of 5 it’s hard to find reasonable, centrally located accommodations in Europe. We arrived after hours but arranged for them to leave the keys in the mailbox for us. The room had a double bed, a fold-out double couch, and a double bed in the loft. There was an included kitchen which was great for heating up leftovers or having a late night cup of tea or a local beer. Breakfast was included which was great. There was a playground on site, which our kids loved. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to town which made it perfect for us in terms of cleanliness, location, and space. Remember to bring your own toiletries when traveling in Europe. Highly recommend this cute hotel!

1. Hotel location: The hotel is not in the old city. Get off the bus from the AN terminal and walk uphill for 20 minutes to the hotel. It is more concrete to drag the box continuously uphill. The hotel is surrounded by homestays, there are no restaurants around, and you need to walk into the old city for a 15-minute walk. Parking at the door is very convenient for self-driving people. 2. The interior of the hotel: The general environment is still relatively clean, the heating is sufficient, the breakfast is fairly rich, there is no kettle in the room, and the restaurant provides hot water. After Chenck-in, the hotel provides 2 keys, one is used to open the door on the first floor of the hotel, and guests who return late can open the door by themselves. 3. CK Town: The town is not big, it is enough to play for one day, and the castle area does not require tickets. I went to the Internet celebrity's Papa and the cellar restaurant. The two have their own characteristics, good taste, and high combined ratio. They are worth recommending. Remember to send an e-mail reservation before going to the cellar restaurant, the business is so good.
